🚨Now at the Nebraska State Capitol 🚨
Debate on 574 is underway, well ahead of schedule!!

Senator @George4NE on the mic now, and even as lawyers go, using some of the most hyperbolic language we've heard this legislative session 🤡 We're curious, George, is your practice of law… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
We will be keeping you updated minute to minute as things proceed this afternoon.

Now on the floor, @JustinTWayne and Speaker Arch having discussions with the Clerk of the legislature and Lt. Governor Joe Kelly. The conversation is intense, as Wayne has motioned to recommit the… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
@JustinTWayne is now attempting to overrule the chair, reading off from Mason's Manual of Legislative Procedure.
Seen again as a way to consume time, and a way to vent frustration on the rules passed earlier in the session.
Wayne has come with some energy this afternoon, but we… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
Disruption in the Rotunda!!
Protestors have begun chanting and making a ruckus 🥁 as debate over 574 continues on. 2 hours of debate is expected this afternoon before the vote.
We're hopeful these protestors don't become rioters and damage property, as they so commonly have done… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
The great Senator Steve Erdman is quoted as saying, "This is dilatory speech in an effort to stop the advancement of this bill."

We couldn't agree more. Senator Bostleman directly follows saying he is in total agreement with Senator Erdman's remarks. Image
Senator @JaneRaybould now speaking and the only thing we can think of when she talks is the famous line from Billy Madison.
We lend our heartfelt apologies to any Nebraskan that's actually listening to her 🤦‍♀️ #neleg ImageImage
Senator Jen Day, who we look forward to ousting next November, is still droning on about the rules 🫐
Her repetition has seemingly put @SenMcKinneyLD11 asleep!! #neleg Image
@NebraskaDems are up in arms today about the rules 🤷‍♂️ yet we're all playing by the same rules...
Don't hate the players, hate the game @janekleeb 🤡 Image
@SenConrad, here today to remind everyone that she's from the fightin 46th the fightin 46th the fightin 46th the fightin 46th the fightin 46th the fightin 46th the fightin 46th.
The only other thing she said was that headlines from drive by, liberal media groups have said they… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
A lot of activity in the Rotunda still, as far left agitators have done their best to disrupt prayer and those who have shown up in support of LB 574. Their screeches and schrills can be heard on the floor of the legislature. #neleg ImageImage
The great Senator Steve Halloran, saying just now that it's sanctimonious the @NebraskaDems are asking to respect the institution when they have done nothing but display putrid behavior this entire session. He asks that Tony and Danielle get real, their pleas fall on deaf ears. Image
A quick break from all the silly diatribes of the left- the wonderful Senator Kathleen Kauth, who has worked tirelessly on 574, seems almost at ease here late this afternoon ❤️⚘️
We'd like to recognize the fierceness she has brought as a freshman Senator. Need more like her!! Image
Calm. Cool. Collected.

Senator Kauth speaking straight facts 🔥🔥🔥 Let's go
IN A WILD TURN OF EVENTS>>>
Senator @JustinTWayne resorting to violence, if only he was a freshman Senator... YIKES!
This is followed in the comments by @NebraskaDems Executive Director Precious McKesson inquiring if she should, quote, "pull up"...
Urban Dictionary defines this… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… ImageImage
Wayne's motion has failed.
A call to question arose, which ultimately passed, meaning debate has ceased!
@senatormachaela Cavanaugh is now attempting to add to her prolific acting monologue's in closing, yet this one is not better than all the rest. Always a thespian!
We still… twitter.com/i/web/status/1… Image
@JohnforNE crocodile tears incoming in 3... 2... 1... 🐊💧
Come on... Image
The chair has attempted to close the doors because of the noise & disruption the protestors/rioters are causing.
It has been met with opposition from @SenConrad, @NebraskaMegan, and the ilk.
We are at a standstill at the Nebraska State Capitol.
There is currently no order. #neleg Image
Almost an hour later, it seems we're basically in the exact same spot.

We're just calling it like we see it at this point folks. Lots of talk, no action.
#neleg Image
A mob of angry protestors/rioters outside the legislative chamber. They have chanted obscenities and have also lined the hallway where the Senators exit the chamber.
#peacefulprotests #neleg
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
@NE_Examiner @OWHnews @asanderford @stoddardOWH insurrectionists, yes?!? Image
We went live on Facebook for the vote (fb.watch/kzUwog4Zjm/), but LB 574 marches on 🎶 with the abortion amendment 💯

Uncovered in Hunter Biden's indictment: a staggering evasion of $1.4M in taxes, false tax returns, and extravagant spending while owing taxes. Lavish lifestyles, with $1.2M on personal luxuries like exotic cars and hotels, all while dodging tax responsibilities.

If found guilty, such financial misconduct could lead to severe penalties, including substantial prison time per count.

Remember, this is the smartest man Joe Biden knows.

#Accountability #TaxEvasion
The indictment document reveals several instances where Hunter Biden made payments to women, which were questionable in nature:

1. Payments to Women for Personal Services:Hunter Biden made payments to various women who were either romantically involved with him or performing personal services. This included a $10,000 payment for his membership in a sex club. He also claimed these expenses as false business deductions, thus falsely reducing his reported income for tax purposes.

2. False Payroll Deductions: He falsely claimed that money paid to women with whom he had personal relationships were wages, thereby reducing his tax burden. Despite little to no business activity, he directed his personal assistant to place three women with whom he had romantic or sexual relationships, and a fourth woman related to one of them, on payroll and provide them with health care benefits. These expenses were falsely treated as business expenses on Owasco PC’s Form 1120, reducing the reported income.

3. Specific Payments to Individual’s: He made a $1,500 Venmo payment to an exotic dancer at a strip club, labeling the payment as for “artwork” when no artwork was sold. Additionally, there was a $975 payment to “Crutch Card” for the benefit of his then-girlfriend, which was unrelated to any business activity, and a $438 payment to “Shinola,” a clothing store, for personal items.

These actions suggest a pattern of using business accounts for personal expenses and falsely categorizing them as business deductions, impacting his tax liabilities.
The indictment against Hunter Biden outlines several questionable actions:

1. Tax Evasion Scheme: He engaged in a scheme from January 2017 to October 2020 to avoid paying at least $1.4 million in self-assessed federal taxes for the years 2016 through 2019. This included evading the assessment of taxes for 2018 by filing false tax returns in February 2020.

2. Extravagant Lifestyle Over Tax Payments: He spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle instead of paying his tax bills. This included large expenditures on luxury items and living expenses.

3. Failure to File Tax Returns: He willfully failed to file his tax returns for 2017 and 2018.

4. False Business Deductions:When he finally filed his 2018 tax returns, he included false business deductions to evade the assessment of substantial tax liabilities.

5. Financial Support for Personal Expenses* Between January and October 2020, an entertainment lawyer provided him with substantial financial support, including paying for a lavish house, a Porsche, and other personal expenses, amounting to over $1.2 million. This support was used for various personal expenses but not to pay his federal individual income tax liabilities.

6. Summary of Expenditures: A summary of approximate expenditures made from Owasco PC and the Defendant’s Bank Accounts from 2016 to 2019 was provided, detailing his personal expenses during this period.

These actions, as outlined in the indictment, paint a picture of significant financial mismanagement and legal transgressions, particularly concerning tax obligations and personal expenditures.

📎 Attached are photos that preview the comprehensive 27-page document that presents a compelling case for a change in Sarpy County GOP leadership. It's time for new beginnings! ⏳ ImageImageImageImage
The totality of these pages showcases the dire need to bid farewell to the current leadership, plagued by ineffective decision-making and incompetence. 🚫🤝

Take a look at the numerous instances outlined within the document.
From obstructing the creation of a credentialing committee to adjourning meetings without proper procedures, the evidence speaks volumes. 🗂️📝

Robbie Adams, Margie Mosier, Michael Elkins, among others, experienced unacceptable delays & disrespect in their pursuit of membership.

We wondered where he went when the Unicameral floor turned to lava for the Democrats. As soon as bills starting moving and the inevitable passing of LB77 (Constitutional Carry) to final round, Dip Dunker went comms silent. Don’t read his link to the Urinal Star. We took notes:
Sen. Erdman’s rules change passed 32-13 “The new rule is narrower than a proposed change considered by the Rules Committee earlier this year, which stipulated individual senators could only introduce each of the three priority motions once per day on each stage of debate.”
“We are blowing up this session,” @senatormachaela said. “This session is over and it’s on your terms because the terms were made clear to you for the last 4-6 weeks. You ignored that, you didn’t care.

We are back this afternoon as the legislature reconvenes!

We will bring you the important updates as the day progresses but right now here's a live look 👇👇👇

Anyone inside in there? Lights are off 💭 lol
Things starting to pick up here this afternoon:
-Senator @NebraskaMegan Hunt threatens Republican colleagues a few times
- Speaker Jon Arch says Hunt was late coming back from lunch, that's why she was skipped over

Sen. Hunt is consistently late in the mornings & for committees
Senator Hunt rudely attempts to speak while the Speaker has his time. Speaker Arch proceeds to say, "Please Senator."

Arch continues to say the session is not over (in response to Hunt earlier this morning)

Live at the Capitol this morning, Senator Steve Erdman moves to suspend the rules 💪 He says, "If you like the way things have went the first 50 days, vote against this rule change.
If you would like to get your bill to the floor for debate, vote for this rule change." #neleg
Speaker Jon Arch begins right off by saying he supports this rule change, then cites Mason's rules as to how this is perfectly acceptable. #neleg
Senator Conrad, from the fightin 46 🤡 cites the wildly fake news @JournalStarNews (@ChrisDunkerLJS) & says this is 'problematic' & 'unprecedented', using hyperbolic language and sounding crazy. She's big mad😳
30 votes needed to suspend the rules. Are there enough? We think so.. Image

Thank you to Senator Albrecht and Senator Kauth for bringing forward these respective bills.
and a very heartfelt thanks to the hundreds of Nebraskans across the state who traveled to Lincoln to give testimony, submitted testimonies online, or lobbied members of the committee. It would not have happened without We the People 🇺🇸
