#SenzoMeyiwatrial Judge Maumela starts by asking state Advocate George Baloyi if there are delays being experienced in bringing the accused to court, Baloyi says not according to his knowledge. @motso_modise

#SenzoMeyiwatrial Adv Baloyi starts addressing the court on the matter at hand. He tells the court that he received heads of argument from all defense except accused #4. He says Adv Nxumalo did bring his heads to the chambers at 4pm yesterday. @motso_modise

#SenzoMeyiwatrial Lawyer for accused 1&2, Ramosepele tells the court that he did file his heads buy they were an hour late. Adv Mnisi for #3 tells the court that he sent to Ashley Zukula but the judge says he is not around anymore. @motso_modise

#SenzoMeyiwatrial Adv Nxumalo for accused #4 that he was at the court at 15:45 to file his heads but there was nobody to receive them. He says he eventually filed them.

Adv Mshololo for #5 apologizes for the delay, he used an email address that no longer works. @motso_modise

#SenzoMeyiwatrial Baloyi tells the court that away from the glitz and glamour she is but a witness with anxieties. He says she deserves to be treated with dignity and afforded privacy. @motso_modise

#SenzoMeyiwatrial Baloyi tells the court that there are media houses that want to set up a 24 hour channel dedicated to this trial where analysts and acting judges will be interviewed. He says the "trial by media" cannot be at in the interest of justice. @motso_modise

#SenzoMeyiwaTrial Baloyi says recording the evidence and then showing it at the end of the trial is another way of informing the nation. He says this will ensure that no witness who comes afterwards will be able to watch the trial in progress. @motso_modise
