Reading supreme court order on Eknath Shinde vs Uddhav Thakrey case have exposed many lies of Media and Uddhav Thakrey.

Supreme Court has concluded that Governor was right in inviting Mr. Shinde to form the government.

Media is saying that Shinde had no right to ask Uddhav to go for floor test.

Opposition leader Devendra Fadnavis and 7 other independent MLAs had written to governor to direct Uddhav Thakrey to prove his majority. Image
On 28th june, Governor issued a letter to Uddhav Thakrey to prove his majority.

Uddhav Thakrey reached Supreme Court against Governor's order for Trust Vote.

SC refused to stay saying that they don't find any ground to stay trust vote.

After supreme court refused to stay trust vote, Uddhav Thakrey resigned on same day. Had he gone for floor test, he would have lost it.

Next day, Devendra Fadnavis wrote a letter to the Governor stating that he is extending support to Eknath Shinde to form the govenrment. Image
And supreme court has concluded that Governor was right in calling Eknath Shinde to form government.

Media is showing it as victory of Uddhav-Shinde both and asking Shinde to resign as per moral ground.

Twitter today released a research paper they had received from Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab claiming 40000 Indian accounts enganging in inauthentic behaviour for BJP and Hindu nationalism.

Same was reported by Reuters in April 2019.
This report was prepared by Kanishk Karan, Ben Nimmo and Ayushman Kaul for Atlantic Council's @DFRLab.

When we said there was no rape angle in Hathras case, we were called rapist sympathizer. We said there is only one man, Sandeep, we were abused.

3 innocents were arrested and spent 50 months in jail only because of pressure created by Media and opposition for their politics.
Very 1st statement of victim's mother on the day of incident. She mentioned only one name, Sandeep. And she didnt talk about Rape and any other sexual assault.
1st written complaint by victim and press note by UP Police.

In April, Sehgal Hussain's car was hit by a dumber in which his daughter was killed, he was on another car.
In september, a bank branch in which Anubrata, his security gaurd Sehgal Hussain and his daughter had account caught fire and many documents were destroyed. CBI had visited that bank branch many times.
