(2/4) This mixed-income community merges healthcare and housing into one development for local seniors, on what is currently the 25-acre Douglas Gardens North Campus.
(3/4) Of the total 410 units, 390 will be reserved for age- and income-qualified residents, while the remaining 20 will be market rate.
(4/4) Florida Housing is proud to have helped finance the development of this property through 4% low-income housing tax credits.
