The last three years have been one of those ‘moments’…
In our collective consciousness there will forever be, a ‘before’ and an ‘after’ the pandemic.
For some it meant fear, for others indignation, frustration and anger.

For some it meant fear, for others indignation, frustration and anger.
Some found meaning, others found purpose, many suffered pain and quite a few left us. Others became alive from a sudden awakening and nobody, absolutely nobody, was left unchanged.
Innocence was lost, naivety was shed and the realisation of a world that is against us, became apparent even to the most asleep.
Was it the beginning of the end? Or the beginning of a new start? The answer is, that it’s both.

What we are experiencing right now is the desperate attempt to shackle us forever, as an increasing number of people break those shackles for the first time.
No wonder there is an increasing state of mixed perceptions and emotions; there’s chaos, confusion, madness, fear and dread, but there’s also hope, and enlightenment, courage and faith.
It’s draining and debilitating at times, it’s exhilarating and energising at others.
Let’s learn to breathe and take a day at a time, a step at a time. As long as we walk on the right path, as long as we know with every fibre of our body what the truth is, we’ll be alright.

One day we will look back and think that the ‘after’ of this pivotal ‘moment’ was infinitely better that the ‘before’. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
