As I have just said prior, Netflix has proven both Archewell is a fraudulent shell organisation, and the organisational structure is allowing the couple to pay salaries under the charity to fraudulently misrepresented staff. Dayani was not a Director, but personal legal counsel.

Mandana Dayani was all-encompassing at Archewell, technically speaking.
She was COO: Chief Operations Officer

She was both COO and President

Then she morphed into Archewell CEO-COO-President! Forget James Holt.

With, again, Nut and Todge proving it's a shell charity by stating they will take full reigns of the organisation despite James Holt still being there as Executive Director 🤣🤣🤣 Despite working 1 hr per week. 💩🤡

Started out as COO, then President and miraculously transformed to CEO.

The statement leaves much to be admired; no mentioning of operational duties leaving her legal employment questionable.
I request you to tag any investigative journalists you consider as credible, to see if they will pick this up.

I would like to know how and why, at the time the Netflix mockumentary was being produced, there is a "Head of Scripted TV" hired by a public charity; and why/how this has been ok.

And this wouldn't even include the hidden attorneys like Dayani being paid CEO wages.

See what they do is switch their PR and legal team over to Archewell and pay them as 'staff' ie James Holt, Ashley Hansen.
Even Ashley confuses herself. Here she is in the same role for Todge and Nut, AND Archewell: same year.

And here they are literally telling us they pay Ashley under the Charity to operate all of the for-profit businesses. 🤡💩🤣🤣🤣

Just why would Dayani- COO of a public charity-- and during the production of Netflix, be with Nut at Uvalde, for 5 minutes, to promote Nut? Archewell was not there- it was Nut's PR campaign.
