As I have just said prior, Netflix has proven both Archewell is a fraudulent shell organisation, and the organisational structure is allowing the couple to pay salaries under the charity to fraudulently misrepresented staff. Dayani was not a Director, but personal legal counsel.
About Dayani acting as legal counsel to Nut and her court case in 2021 as seen in Netflix also colluding with Nut and Bouzy to compile that fake social media report @LaniBanana
This will make you laugh...
Mandana Dayani was all-encompassing at Archewell, technically speaking.
She was COO: Chief Operations Officer
She was both COO and President
Then she morphed into Archewell CEO-COO-President! Forget James Holt.
With, again, Nut and Todge proving it's a shell charity by stating they will take full reigns of the organisation despite James Holt still being there as Executive Director 🤣🤣🤣 Despite working 1 hr per week. 💩🤡
Started out as COO, then President and miraculously transformed to CEO.
Archewell's statement:
The statement leaves much to be admired; no mentioning of operational duties leaving her legal employment questionable.
I request you to tag any investigative journalists you consider as credible, to see if they will pick this up.
I would like to know how and why, at the time the Netflix mockumentary was being produced, there is a "Head of Scripted TV" hired by a public charity; and why/how this has been ok.
And this wouldn't even include the hidden attorneys like Dayani being paid CEO wages.
See what they do is switch their PR and legal team over to Archewell and pay them as 'staff' ie James Holt, Ashley Hansen.
Even Ashley confuses herself. Here she is in the same role for Todge and Nut, AND Archewell: same year.
And here they are literally telling us they pay Ashley under the Charity to operate all of the for-profit businesses. 🤡💩🤣🤣🤣
Just why would Dayani- COO of a public charity-- and during the production of Netflix, be with Nut at Uvalde, for 5 minutes, to promote Nut? Archewell was not there- it was Nut's PR campaign.

Let us just be real here. Psychopath Nut enjoys her Diana 2.0 moments, and the "car chase" wasn't their first time making fraudulent, misrepresentative claims and using Diana as victim bait.
The downfall of Nut's delusions are that they are never attached to any form of reality, thus, there are always facts to debunk her pathological, lifelong deceit.
Take the scooter chase for example. On a highway no less.
It is not possible. Both Nut and Todge are frauds, living a very fraudulent lifestyle based purely on their leaky deceptions. We should include Netflix and Liza Garbus in the fraud category as well, shouldn't we?
British Royal Correspondents as first contacts post-"car chase" and now paid promotions in The Independent and Daily Feed- 2x British companies, to change the British public's perceptions.
WHY?
Please @USNavy let the public know if you: 1. Accepted these images as authentic; I have been contacted by a former officer who tells me the carpet is for the Commander of the Pacific Fleet- an off choice; 2. Authorised the publication of these images;
Thread, to be continued vv
3. Why you did not publish them on navy.mil; 4. Confirm these photos were taken on the 11th of November 2022, Veterans Day, in Honolulu; 5. If these photos were taken by M1 Pielop, why the publishing has been allowed with navy personnel on duty and identifiable;
and, 6. Why it has been allowed to have M1 Pielop's name published in unofficial circumstance?
I await your response with anticipation. Please comment below with your answers to each point. @USAGov might also be a point of interest.
Hey @CNN @cnnbrk @MaxFosterCNN
just look at how credible you all look? You pretend Sanchez was a witness, not a co-conspirator. And you report his testimony over true accounts and footage! What great reporting! 🤡
@CNN@cnnbrk@MaxFosterCNN Here is credible reporter Max now revising and stuttering Sanchez' testimony he first dramatised and grifted off of. It really is this pathetic.
Here Max calls it "a very complex, nuanced story". Yes Max, a factual account of a car chase is very... nuanced. 🤣🤣🤣🤡💩
Did you learn word salad from Nut? 🥗 🍅 edition.cnn.com/videos/world/2…
Yeah like this is some sort of epiphany or revelation as though the Netflix show and Oprah interview wasn't enough.
Journalists acting like sheep who now follow the crowd because of this one ridiculous car chase. As shallow and gossipy as a high school teen.
Wait, wait. So let me get this straight. Omid stated that it was both impossible to drive more than a snail's pace in NYC AND says at times they drove 80 miles/129 km per hr?
Jesus Christ, what 💩🤡
