Day three of the #Bliefnicktrial is underway. Gary Collins is the first witness. A man who works for Quincy Recycle in Indiana and knows the Bliefnick’s.
Tim Bliefnick worked for Quincy Recycle/Quincy Farm Products. Collins said Becky told him Tim was hiding money and she worried about. He said Becky was fearful of Tim and he said Tim wouldn’t do that, but told her to get a protective order.

Schnack asks about how close Collins and Becky were. He said he hadn’t talked to her lately. She reinforces Collins saying Tim wouldn’t do it. #bliefnicktrial
Jarrod Evans of Quincy Farm Products is the next witness. He was Tim’s boss. Evans said Tim worked remotely and talked about his work laptop that Tim exclusively used.

Schnack asks about Tim’s work activity during the week Becky was killed and Evans said nothing was out of the ordinary.

Prosecutor Josh Jones presents Tim’s laptop to Sheftick. He confirms it was the one he analyzed. He also has an external hard drive that Sheftick moved Tim’s files too.

Next witness is Michael Price with United Systems of Quincy. He installs surveillance systems for the company. He obtained video from a residence on South 20th Street during Feb. 2023 at the request of QPD.

Lynn Breeden with Quincy Public Schools security is next witness. Asst. SA Laura Keck asks her about security cameras at the Bus Barn at 20th and Harrison. QPD asked for videos from those cameras that was recorded on Feb. 22/23 and March 13. #Bliefnicktrial
Schnack asks if another video was asked for besides the videos from Feb. 13, Feb. 22/23 and March 13 and Breeden says no. #Bliefnicktrial

QPD searched Tim’s home on the morning of March 1. They are looking a pics of a bike, multiple pairs of gloves, disposable gloves and shoes in Tim’s garage. Also a pair of gloves in a trash can in his house. #Bliefnicktrial

Jury has returned in the #Bliefnicktrial. Waiting as Keck had to get something from the SA’s Office that Jones forgot. Adrian makes a joke about all married women understanding and Jones points out his ex-wife in the audience.
Keck returns. Emily Pezzella, QPD CSI, is the next witness.
Pezzella explains her job and experience as a crime scene technician to the jury.
She was the crime scene at Becky Bliefnick’s home the night of her murder.

Amber Wittler is the next witness. She's a surgical assistant at Blessing Hospital and worked with Becky. She said she met Becky in 2016. She continued to have regular contact, even when Wittler no longer worked with her. #bliefnicktrial
Wittler said she spoke with Becky one time about her ongoing divorce. Becky said she wanted to change the locks, but Tim wouldn't let her. #bliefnicktrial
Wittler said the conversation she had with Becky was in 2021. She said doesn't know Tim personally but had met him a couple of times. Wittler is excused. #bliefnicktrial
