Back in the courtroom. Adrian telling those in the audience yet again to not use their cellphones during the afternoon's testimony. Det. Nick Eddy with the Quincy Police Department has been called to the witness stand. Because an easel Josh Jones plans to use blocks Eddy's view of the clerk, Adrian decides to swear in Eddy himself. #bliefnicktrial

Jones says there are two more witnesses. One more in the morning and one more I the afternoon. Defense will have its witnesses tomorrow. So it looks like an early day today.

Tim Bliefnick is in the courtroom as the second week of #bliefnicktrial is about to start. He’s wearing a black pullover, black slacks and black shoes. Josh Jones says he will have his final six witnesses today.

Back in the Adams County Courthouse this morning. Adrian gives another cellphone warning to the people in the audience, telling them people who use them during testimony will be asked to leave the courtroom. (Except for the media, of course.) #bliefnicktrial We are down to 14 jurors. One elderly woman was removed earlier this week, and another elderly woman is not here this morning. #bliefnicktrial

We are underway for the PM session of the #Bliefnicktrial. First witness is Bryan Dusch, QPD. Dusch said he searched Tim’s home in the 1600 block of Hampshire. #Bliefnicktrial

Jury has returned in the #Bliefnicktrial. Waiting as Keck had to get something from the SA’s Office that Jones forgot. Adrian makes a joke about all married women understanding and Jones points out his ex-wife in the audience. Keck returns. Emily Pezzella, QPD CSI, is the next witness.

Day three of the #Bliefnicktrial is underway. Gary Collins is the first witness. A man who works for Quincy Recycle in Indiana and knows the Bliefnick’s. Tim Bliefnick worked for Quincy Recycle/Quincy Farm Products. Collins said Becky told him Tim was hiding money and she worried about. He said Becky was fearful of Tim and he said Tim wouldn’t do that, but told her to get a protective order.

Amber Wittler is the next witness. She's a surgical assistant at Blessing Hospital and worked with Becky. She said she met Becky in 2016. She continued to have regular contact, even when Wittler no longer worked with her. #bliefnicktrial Wittler said she spoke with Becky one time about her ongoing divorce. Becky said she wanted to change the locks, but Tim wouldn't let her. #bliefnicktrial

Back in the courtroom. Adrian reminds people in the courtroom to turn their cellphones off. "Off means off," he said. "Not vibrate. Not in airplane mode." The jury is seated. Kelly Leapley is to be the first witness of the afternoon. #bliefnicktrial
