Vorneweg: Wenn Privatkonzerne Nebelpetarden werfen, ist das nicht überraschend. Wenn der Bundesrat dies tut, der zu Transparenz verpflichtet wäre, ist das irritierend.
Das Finanzdepartement (EFD) stellt drei Behauptungen in den Raum:
1) Es gebe «keinen Plan B». Das hätten «Abklärungen des Departement» ergeben. Folglich könne «Bundesrätin Keller-Sutter auch keinen Plan B verheimlichen.»
