That time there were 55% Christian and 40% were around Sunni and Shia Muslim.
So they made a model :

President would be Christian
Prime Minister would be Sunni
Speaker of Parliament will be Shia
Deputy Speaker and Deputy PM will be Greek orthodox

So those who had more population would get more power
That was the Lebanon model

Jaipur Gurgaon highway was a nice 4 lane highway till 2008 but its bad days started when UPA govt of that time invited a bid to widen it to 6 lane with additional fly overs on BOT mode

BOT mode means contractor will spend all money and will build highway and will collect toll Image
on sharing basis with NHAI and after concession period of 12 years will hand over to NHAI

Bid was awarded to a company Pink City Expressway Pvt Ltd
