Deposit USDC into a pool and collect fees.
Unlike traders who have directional interest in a specific price index, LPs want the value of their Liquidity Tokens to increase by seeing the Exchange Rate increase.

The exchange rate simply represents the ratio of USDC per Liquidity Token in each pool.
It is affected by trading fees, pool impact fees, funding fees, and traders' PnL.
As a liquidity provider, you are simply betting that traders have a negative PnL.

Personal thoughts
With the rise of RWAs in crypto, I'm hyped to see a team finally bringing real estate trading on-chain. This makes investment much more accessible to retail, and I'm looking forward to see what developments and upgrades the Parcl team is cooking.
