TWITTER ADVICE🧵: @chrismessina formerly @factoryjoe came up with the idea of using #HASTAGS on Twitter. It was a wonderful invention but its time has passed. The Twitter algorithm penalizes tweets that use more than one and in my experience, even one can handicap a tweet.

TWITTER ADVICE🧵: Never use Twitter's wonderful article preview feature. Twitter penalizes article links. If you want to include a link make sure you include a picture from the article (or related) to override the article preview. Twitter loves media posts.

TWITTER ADVICE🧵: A better strategy for including links on Twitter is to create a mini-thread. The 1st tweet includes your message and a screenshot of the article. The 2nd tweet includes a link to the article either using the link preview feature or a picture from the article.

TWITTER ADVICE🧵: Always 'like' and 'bookmark' your own tweets. At the end of the day, if you don't like your own tweets why bother tweeting them? Twitter loves signals and likes and bookmarks are signals.

TWITTER ADVICE🧵: Find your best-performing tweets over the past 72hrs and turn them into threads. Each time you add a tweet to the thread you boost the visibility of the first - as much as 10X. Include flashbacks, updates, and additional sources.

TWITTER ADVICE🧵: Unblock everyone. Only use BLOCK if someone is threatening you. Instead, use MUTE to make Twitter more enjoyable. Twitter penalizes the use of blocks and rewards mutes. The best part of MUTE is the fact that the target has NO idea you aren't listening.

TWITTER ADVICE🧵: Never limit replies. By definition doing so will limit the reach of your tweets significantly. Again, if people are trolling you just MUTE them. Very quickly your experience on Twitter will improve and your reach will grow.

TWITTER ADVICE🧵: Never reply to trolls. If you must, take a screenshot of the comment and include it in your tweet w/o a link to their handle or tweet. Replies boost visibility - deny that boost to your trolls. Don't reward them. But... reply to everyone you respect.

TWITTER ADVICE🧵: ALWAYS give credit when you tweet an image, video, or thought from another user - even if they don't follow you. I use 'hat tip' or 'h/t' along with their Twitter handle. It doesn't cost you anything to give them credit and it increases your reach and theirs.

OBSTRUCTION: Minneapolis Democrats (including elected officials) attempt to stop a major drug trafficking bust conducted by FBI, ICE, ATF, and local police. Federal officers should not have to deal with level of abuse on the job.

OBSTRUCTION: Democrats threw rocks and frozen water bottles at law enforcement during a major drug raid in Minneapolis. At least three elected officials were involved in the attack on police.

OBSTRUCTION: Minneapolis Democrats attempted to prevent HSI, FBI, ATF from conducting a major bust of a drug trafficking ring.

GENOCIDE: I can't imagine what President Ramaphosa thought when he saw Elon Musk looking directly at him. Ramaphosa presides over a nation with more than 100 anti-white laws and an ongoing genocide against white farmers. Elon is not a fan.

GENOCIDE: President Trump directly confronted the South African President, presenting videos alleging that his government is advocating for white genocide.

GENOCIDE: Trump rebukes NBC reporter for suggesting US accepted white Afrikaner refugees based on race: “NBC, truly fake news, asks pointed questions that are statements. We take refugees from many places facing persecution or genocide.”

CRASH: Last night the Mexican Navy’s tall ship Cuauhtémoc collided with the Brooklyn Bridge, two crew members died and 19 others were injured. The 277-foot barque with was departing from Pier 17 on a goodwill tour when it suffered a mechanical failure, causing it to drift uncontrollably in reverse toward the bridge. The ship’s three masts struck the underside of the bridge.

CRASH: Another angle of the crash. The Cuauhtémoc, commissioned in 1982, serves as a training vessel for the Mexican Navy used for international goodwill missions. At the time of the accident, it was carrying 277 people and was scheduled to visit 22 ports in 15 countries over a 254-day voyage.

CRASH: The Training Ship Cuauhtémoc collided with the Brooklyn Bridge at 8:26 pm, when the tide was rising (~1.3 m).
The mast (44.8 m) exceeded the free height of the bridge at high tide (38.7 m).

GENOCIDE: The Episcopal Church is so angry at President Trump's offer of asylum to white farmers in South Africa it is ending its 40-year relationship with the federal government, during which the agency helped resettle close to 110,000 refugees. Thousands of white farmers have been killed as a result of incitement from South African leaders.
