Each Flashstake triggers a time switch fee which triggers a buy-back of $FLASH that is then fed back to the treasury via the Flash Capacitor & is then used to further incentivize future yield for new Flashstakers to come in. The circle is complete.

Flashstake maintains three different liquidity pools for advance rETH yield, each with their own risk/reward profile and all yielding $FLASH in 4 digit APR territory. This will go down with growing TVL, But if staying like that for 4 weeks to come you got 2x on capital.

all you have to do is head over to app.xtokenterminal.io/mining/discover
type 'rETH' into the search bar to find all three pools. Opening the pool description tells you the exact range where liquidity is provided. If in range you also earn from swap fees too.

Tapping/clicking on 'Deposit' will show you the ratios of rETH/fy-rETH needed with links where to obtain them on Uniswap.

The high range upfront yield APR pool is currently 100% shifted to fy-rETH, so you only need to acquire one token to participate, which will save on gas.
But unlike the other pools, which has rewards claimable any time, it has a 6 weeks vesting on LP rewards.

whichever pool you choose you should have a decent gain, despite IL. Whether you liquidity ends up 100% rETH or 100% fy-rETH your FLASH rewards more than likely offset all IL.
rETH appreciates in value over #ETH as staking rewards accrue inside Rocketpool protocol.

whilst fy-rETH is always redeemable for rETH yield of all rETH that are locked in the Flashstake protocol. So either way you are basically long Ethereum staking yield, whilst also earning from swapping fees between the two yield products.
