The entire leadership (military & civil) of “Herceg-Bosna”, was convicted by the ICTY & labelled a “Joint Criminal Enterprise” for its crimes against Bosnia - yet, its openly celebrated by senior Bosnian-Croat & Croat political leaders.
European values, indeed.
