In my earnest attempts to decipher the tweets shared by @IndiaTodayNE and the accompanying articles on their websites regarding the ongoing Meetei-Kuki conflict, penned by @afridahussai, I find myself grappling with confusion.

Why most of the comments from the victims are censored is best known to @IndiaTodayNE . I can guess what she said. It will negate the whole narrative set by the author and hence censored.

Long story short

The author became the protagonist of her own story.

Reporting in conflict situation, she should have been aware of all the noises that's going to come. The real ones filter these noises and stick to their story with all the concrete details.
