Jenna Ellis is a dangerous Christo-fascist. #Christofascism 1/
In 2020, Doug Mastriano advisor Jenna Ellis, an attorney, used a “chopped up video to falsely suggest that election workers in Georgia had told observers to go home so that they could retrieve fake ballots from under a table.” 2/ buckscountybeacon.com/2022/11/united…
3/ Jenna Ellis probably told herself that lying for God is good. #Christofascism
4/
5/ Evangelical extremist attorney Michael Farris wrote the intro to Jenna Ellis’s book. He also ghost wrote Ken Paxton’s SCOTUS brief that sought to overturn the election.
6/ Jenna Ellis with NAR leader Lance Wallnau and Mike Lindell, a very close associate of the Family aka the Fellowship Foundation, which hosted the National Prayer Breakfast for years. #Christofascismbuckscountybeacon.com/2022/11/united…
7/ Mike Lindell—who falsely claimed to have “absolute proof” (in the form of “pcaps”) that China had hacked the election, only to have his own supposed expert call the pcaps a “turd”—was recruited into the christo-fascist “Family” in 2015 by Ben Carson. buckscountybeacon.com/2022/11/united…
8/ To a large extent, these people and their associates generated and fueled the Big Lie. And no one bothered to tell this to the American people.
11/ Here too. Doug Mastriano is closely tied to the NAR (a global dominionist movement). He also spread a viral falsehood about the 2020 election. whowhatwhy.org/politics/elect…
12/ Doug Mastriano did not retract even after his claim was definitively debunked. For him, the truth matters less than acquiring power for his extremist version of Christianity. #Christofascism

The SAVE America Act’s list of approved citizenship documentation is at the top. Marriage certificates are *not* included, effectively disenfranchising many of the 69M women whose last names don’t match their birth certificates (not an issue for those who buy expensive passports or have “Enhanced Drivers Licenses” that do match) 1/
The GOP’s “SAVE Act” has a list of approved citizenship documentation for voters. It includes Real IDs that “indicate citizenship,” which is highly misleading bc most REAL IDs *don’t* indicate citizenship, per the DHS.
The list also does *not* include marriage certificates, effectively disenfranchising many of the 69M women whose last names don’t match their birth certificates (not an issue for those w/ passports or Enhanced Drivers Licenses that do match). #NoOnSAVE #ProtectOurVotes 1/
Most Real IDs do *not* prove citizenship. (EDLs, which are available in only 5 states are an exception) The GOP’s “SAVE” Act thus misleads when it says voters can prove citizenship w/ “ID issued consistent w/ the reqmts of…REAL ID…that indicates the applicant is a citizen…” 1/
In 2019, Mark Lutter—whose nonprofit received $$$ from the Thiel-backed Emergent Ventures in 2018—said, “we’re putting out a white paper looking at Venezuela…assuming this transfer of power does go thru … And if you u can get charter cities to be part of the conversation,” there is “opportunity…” 1/
William Donahue (president of College Republicans of America) says that he is promoting “integralism, not theocracy,” but his post misleadingly omits that “integralism” is shorthand for “Catholic integralism” & that the doctrine seeks to “integrate” Church & state. 1/ uscatholic.org/articles/20191…
Remember when Trump:
* Posted a photo of himself wielding a baseball bat next to a photo of Alvin Bragg?
* Mocked MSNBC anchor Ali Velshi for getting hit with a rubber bullet?
* Praised Greg Gianforte for assaulting a reporter?
* Joked about the assault on Paul Pelosi? 1/
