Current AG Merrick Garland is about to end up in shit so deep he may never see daylight again while he's in that office.

For those of you keeping score at home, right after Jamie Raskin [D-Lunatic] came out to publicly claim that the criminal case that this bribery allegation is part of was CLOSED DOWN under former AG Bill Barr...

BOTH the FBI **and** Bill Barr publicly called him a liar.

Apparently Raskin's medical problems kept him from drawing the required conclusion that the case was still active when the FBI **very clearly said** they would not produce the requested document to the Congressional Committee because it is EVIDENCE in an ONGOING INVESTIGATION.

So when Raskin incoherently babbled that the bribery allegation was part of a case that had been closed down more than 3 1/2 years ago under then-AG Barr, this FORCED the FBI to clearly state the investigation into The Biden Crime family was NOT closed, it was still open.

And now Bill Barr has surfaced to CONFIRM that Raskin was either mistaken or lying his ass off. Barr clearly states this criminal investigation of The Biden Crime Family was still active when he left the AG's office in December of 2020.

**Before** he declared candidacy in 2020, during the 2020 race & after he supposedly 'won' the 2020 race & all during his presidency & now during his campaign for 2024 to get reelected...this fuckin' guy & his Crime Family have been under federal criminal investigation.

Now, how does The Biden Crime Family being the target of multiple federal criminal investigations cause problems for current AG Merrick Garland?

Oh wait. I guess I have to back up for a second and explain that OTHER federal criminal investigation of the Bidens.

Back in late January it was revealed that still-classified documents were found at Biden's think tank, which led directly to the subsequent discovery of 2 further batches of still-classified documents being illegally stored at Biden's house in Delaware.

What I want to draw your attention to is the fact that ALL PARTIES INVOLVED have stipulated for the record that YES ALL THESE DOCUMENTS DISCOVERED BEING ILLEGALLY POSSESSED AND STORED are **still classified.

No one involved disputes the documents are still classified.

This is different from the Trump Mar-A-Lago raid, where Trump claims he had full declassification authority and used it, & NARA & the FBI supposedly waited 2 1/2 years to go get what they claim are 'still classified' documents from Trump.

Trump **disputes** they were classified.

Anyhoo, NO ONE involved in the Biden Crime Family Classified Documents Scandal has said one single word to dispute that the documents are still classified.

Biden's own LAWYERS confirmed they are still classified.

So...where am I going with this?

Merrick Garland initiated a federal criminal investigation to discover WHO illegally STOLE, illegally TRANSPORTED, illegally STORED these still-classified at the Penn Center & Biden's Delaware home.

Also to be investigated: if anyone was illegally SHOWN these documents.

To handle this brand spanking new federal criminal investigation of the Biden Crime Family & how these still classified docs got to where they were found, AG Garland appointed a Special Counsel named ROBERT HUR.

Understand what I'm about to tell you in the next post:

Hur's investigation isn't about finding out **whether any serious federal felonies occurred here**.

THAT'S already been stipulated for the RECORD.

SOMEONE stole classified documents out of SCIFs, smuggled them to unsecure locations & stored them there.

No sir.

Hur's job is discover WHO IT WAS that COMMITTED THE VERY SERIOUS FEDERAL FELONIES that **all parties involved** have already stipulated occurred.

See, there's no innocent explanation for this. At all.

"Oh shit, I **accidentally** stuck these docs in my briefcase...!"

So Hur isn't investigating IF a very serious series of national security breaches happened here. That's **already established**.

SOMEONE - or several someones - commited a series of very high level federal felonies.

Hur's job is to FIND OUT WHO IT WAS.

So not only did Garland LET the 2018 Biden Crime Family investigation continue to breathe, in February he appointed a Special Counsel to investigate how still-documents ended up at Biden's house.

Now that Dems lost the House, their WORST NIGHTMARE is coming true.

A House Committee lighting a fire under the FBI/DOJ's ass has led to the public disclosure that the CURRENT PRESIDENT **and** his Crime Family are targets of an ongoing criminal investigation about the Biden's taking MASSIVE BRIBES FROM FOREIGN NATIONALS.

Durham's final report leaves the RussiaGate truthers who still insist the Trump family was on the take from the Russians & others with no wiggle room.

Biden's been openly on the take for decades. He only **stepped it up** once he became VP.

Losing the House was a major catastrophe for the Democrats and the UniParty because there are patriots doing some determined digging that is paying off in some very very RELUCTANT admissions these days.

The kind of admissions that are incredibly damaging to the power families.

Because let me tell you something I've learned from my extensive research into this - and following the research of many others.

You can't pull The Biden Crime Family thread without also unraveling THE OTHER Crime Families.

Its a big club.

And we ain't in it.

But those that are...lol...they sure leave a massive paper trail behind them.

And thank God for it.

Biden's biggest mistake was driving Hunter to turn on him.

He just 'forgot' two laptops with highly incriminating stuff on them. Not just banging hookers and doing blow, but all kinds of highly detailed financial transactions, text messages about business deals, payoffs where his dad is involved.

Anyhoo, there's Hunter Biden, leaving breathing & moving on the inside of The Big Club, playing his role as the Biden Crime Family bag man.

Watching, recording, participating from 2009-2016 in numerous financial transactions/deals between the Bidens and various foreign entities.

And if you think the Bidens were only ones who left a paper trail for Hunter to record, you're naïve.

All the Big Club members are getting their cuts of the foreign bribery circuit money. The Obamas, the Clintons, the Pelosis, the Bushs, the McCains.

You can't pull on the Biden Crime Family thread without also unraveling the Obama Crime Family, the Bush Crime Family, Clinton Crime Family.

Its all connected.

So like I said, losing the House was catastrophic because now all the 'wrong' questions are being asked & answered.

Wray is currently refusing to hand over the document about the bribery scheme provided by the informant the FBI is now saying it cannot protect.

This is apparently going to lead to the House Committee issuing a criminal referral to Garland for defying its subpoena.

Now, how is the House Committee sending a criminal referral to AG Garland for defying a Congressional investigative subpoena going to cause him a massive headache?

Well, because Garland & the DC Courts just RESOLVED the question about these subpoenas last year. In 2 cases.

Whether or not defying a House Committee subpoena is a federal crime or not, this was EXHAUSTIVELY and COMPLETELY litigated last year in the STEPHEN BANNON and PETER NAVARRO cases.

In both cases, AG Garland & DC Fed. Court AFFIRMED that defiance of such a subpoena is a felony.

Yes, both AG Garland and the DC Federal Courts left no one ANY WIGGLE ROOM WHATSOEVER about whether or not defying a Congressional subpoena is a federal felony.

They THEMSELVES have no wiggle room as to whether or not FBI Director Wray defying a subpoena is a felony.

It is.

Congress has legitimate oversight of the FBI/DOJ. Part of that oversight involves seeing/understanding what both these agencies are doing.

The House Committee has a right to know if this investigation of the Biden Crime Family is real, and what's going on with it.

Try to imagine the spectacle of Garland being forced to admit he was perfectly willing [the DC court also] to claim defying a House subpoena was a federal felony in order to NAIL TWO TRUMP ASSOCIATES & take them to trial for felonies...

& but Wray doing the same thing is FINE.

After Garland & the DC Federal Court very publicly made the pronouncement that both Bannon & Narvarro had done a ver' ver' BAD THING, they circle the wagons around the FBI Director in a blatant move to block Congressional oversight of the FBI.

Bannon was tried and convicted and his currently appealing that conviction. Navarro's trial was delayed and I don't think there's a trial date yet, I haven't looked.

So on top of having to answer questions about WHY HE HASN'T KILLED THE BIDEN CRIME FAMILY INVESTIGATIONS YET...

...its looking increasingly likely that soon Garland is going to have to address the issue of whether it is indeed a federal felony for Wray to defy a House subpoena, and if it IS, why he won't act on it.

Garland either has to undermine the case for prosecuting Bannon/Navarro, or he has to follow through on what the Federal Court ordered last year, where it thundered that defying a House investigative subpoena was indeed a federal crime.

And here's the tricky part:

The LAW is on the House Committee's side. Both the AG's Office and the DC Federal Court affirmed this in the Bannon & Navarro cases.

Comer & Jordan & Grassley can SUE Garland in that same federal court.

Until the Court **reverses itself**, it's ruling from last year STANDS.

Imagine what cockup it would be for both AG Garland and the federal DC judges to have a lawsuit filed demanding **THEY ENFORCE THE LAW THEY JUST CLARIFIED FOR EVERY-FUCKING-BODY JUST 8 MONTHS AGO.

"Did you guys mean it or NOT when you said this was a chargeable federal felony?"

"If you didn't f**king mean it, great, then drop the cases against Bannon and Navarro.

Oh you DID f**king mean it? Great, then where is Wray's indictment?"

Like I said, one way or another, this guy is facing a massive conundrum.

Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.

The next few weeks are going to be very interesting as we watch how this unfolds.
