True the Vote, of #2000Mules fame, bragged about providing their research to the FBI. Last year, in the midst of the initial hubbub over @DineshDSouza's film, I attempted to get my hands on those records via FOIA.

And what I got, while very limited, was nonetheless illuminating. Image
Back in 2021, the GBI Director sent a letter saying that the GBI had reviewed TTV’s data, and concluded it didn’t provide probable cause of any crime.

In that letter, it gave the titles of several spreadsheets that TTV had provided to the FBI: ImageImage
I made an open records request to the GBI, but any records they’d ever possessed had been returned to the FBI. Since the GBI letter noted that one spreadsheet had over a million lines, and I didn’t want to spend a fortune, I made a FOIA request to the FBI for two spreadsheets: Image
After much waiting and an appeal for expedited handling, I finally received two digital files.

They were almost completely redacted, due to FOIA exemptions regarding the “unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.” ImageImageImageImage
Thus, out of apparently 7 pages of spreadsheet data, I was given 2 pages, and even then with only 2 lines unredacted.

And yet, I believe there’s something to be gleaned from those two lines.
Firstly, the FOIA response didn't identify which document was which, but I'm fairly confident that the single page document that was fully deleted was "TTV - GA 207 of 279 Devices Pass 1 Address."

I had hoped to learn what that address was, but no such luck. Image
The other document, "GA 279 Devices Nationwide 10.1.2020 to 1.5.2021," seems to have originally been six pages. Four of those pages were not produced.

The other two don't tell us anything about the election, but they do tell us something about TTV and its factual rigor. ImageImageImage
One page provides an index for the spreadsheet, with columns for "device_id", "Latitude", "Longitude", "address", and "Dwelling?"

A second page provides one line-item entry, with coordinates, an address of 2129 Corporate Dr SE, Marietta, GA, and "Yes" in the dwelling column. ImageImage
The geographic coordinates (33.92126709, -84.48967516) do indeed point to 2129 Corporate Drive SE.

But, as the name suggests, it's not a dwelling. It's a commercial area, with the latitude and longitude pointing to the back alley between home decor businesses. Image
In other words, not only is TTV completely wrong to call this location a "Dwelling", this isn't even a residential area.

No, the specific latitude and longitude is a rear parking lot just off the interstate, behind a cabinet shop, a mattress store, and a Cracker Barrel. Image
I want to stress just how specific TTV's coordinates are. Both the latitude and longitude they provide go to 8 decimal places, which is geographic specificity to ~1 millimeter.

So when I say they point to the back alley between a cabinet and lighting store, I mean exactly here: Image
And so, even putting aside the incongruity of the "Dwelling" label...what is the ostensible significance that TTV believes this random back alley in Marietta has? It's not a residence or a polling place. And the nearest drop box is 3+ miles away, on the other side of I-75. Image
Thus, although the redactions made it impossible to fully analyze TTV's data, the FBI nonetheless provided me a random excerpt that still serves to illustrate just how faulty and meaningless TTV's research and data actually appear to be.
As a disclaimer, I'm obviously having to make certain educated guesses as to how to read these redacted documents. But even if I'm wrong about some detail, I'm correct about where that latitude and longitude is, and I'm genuinely baffled as to what TTV could think happened there.
And if Catherine Engelbrecht or Gregg Phillips @TrueTheVote would like to clear this up, they can always simply release their data, so the public can see their spreadsheets and all those hours of supposedly incriminating video they have.

But they haven't, and they never will.

Georgia’s State Election Board is back in the news, so let’s talk about the July 12 meeting that three members unilaterally called, without the chair, and attempted to vote on proposals.

Because what Janelle King claimed in that meeting doesn’t match what open records reveal. 🧵
To refresh, on July 9, the State Election Board held a meeting that ultimately lasted all day. As 5 pm approached, Chairman John Fervier suggested the board should recess until 9 am the next morning. There was no disagreement expressed at the time.
After one additional rule was heard, a motion was made to recess until 9am Wednesday, it was seconded, and the board voted 4-0 in approval.

Again, there was no dissent, and the Chair even consulted with Rick Jeffares about a rule that Jeffares himself would present the next day.

In late 2023, the Georgia Republican Assembly adopted a *Birther* resolution, claiming Nikki Haley is Constitutionally ineligible to be President.

And in the version adopted by the NFRA, they cited the “precedent-setting U.S. Supreme Court case” of…

Dred Scott v Sandford. 😳🧵

The National Federation of Republican Assemblies adopted its version, by unanimous vote, at the NFRA Convention in October 2023.

The Georgia Republican Assembly adopted its version on December 9, 2023.

Both organizations are currently headed by Brookhaven attorney Alex Johnson.

The NFRA and GRA claim “multiple US Supreme Court cases have found that a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ is defined as a person born on American soil of parents who are both citizens of the United States at the time of the child's birth.”

This is WILDLY false.

On March 29, 2022, True the Vote spoke to a Pennsylvania Senate special committee, and presented what they said was a “pattern of life” from a supposed PA ballot trafficker.

And buried in the details of that exhibit may be the dumbest ‘evidence’ that TTV has ever offered. Image
Approximately 15 minutes into the linked video, Gregg Phillips shows the above “Philadelphia County Methodology” map, and says “The pings you see up there are one person going to a total of 138 drop boxes.”

pasenategop.com/news/sg-0329/
Phillips claims TTV identified a total of 1155 “target devices” in Philadelphia County. And he says they vetted those: “Probably half of our time was spent really teasing out false positives.”

But they illustrate only the one, single device that they claim visited 138 dropboxes.

VoterGA is a self-styled “election integrity” organization that has advanced various election conspiracy claims, even in litigation.

VoterGA’s founder & leader is Garland Favorito. And it is underappreciated just HOW MANY conspiracy theories he has endorsed. Including 9/11 ones.
This is significant because VoterGA is not just a random online outlet. It spent over $320,000 in 2022. It actively promotes legislation. Garland frequently shows up to speak at legislative and election board hearings.

But the beliefs he’s voiced are on par with Alex Jones.
In 2000, Garland Favorito published a book, “Our Nation Betrayed: From Impeachment to Infinite War.” Two years later, he released a 2nd Edition with an additional 100+ pages.

The back cover hints at some of the conspiracies Garland talks up inside.

True the Vote has long refused to ID its Georgia “whistleblower” who was the inspiration for their ‘2000 Mules’ work. Most recently, they told a court they don’t even know his name.

I believe he was real, TTV knows who he is, and they’ve known he’s not credible *since 2020*.

🧵
TTV’s most prominently invoked their “John Doe” in their complaint to the GA Secretary of State in Nov 2020. It claimed he came to TTV with a story of NGOs running a “ballot trafficking” scheme that he was paid to participate in.

TTV provided no evidence supporting these claims.

Instead, TTV made it very clear that along with providing no evidence supporting John Doe’s story, they would also not share the identity of John Doe or provide any means by which Georgia investigators could interview him or even merely gauge his credibility. Image

Between 2020 and 2022, True the Vote reported spending a total of $928,193 on “App/Website Development.”

But what apps or websites has TTV actually produced that could justifiably have cost nearly a MILLION DOLLARS total?

Image
Image
Image
Image
Their 2020 return claims they “developed a website to educate the public” and “created an app to analyze voter data,” but identifies neither by name.

The TTV website is fairly basic. OpenInk is a minimally-organized collection of uploaded docs. The IV3 app doesn’t seem to EXIST.
More precisely, an IV3 webpage exists (), but it currently offers no app to download. The IV3 app that once existed was limited to verified individuals in just seven states, and Wired found it to be seriously flawed.
