Masculine frame is patience. 
In our homosexual times and feminized times, men are impatient and undisciplined. They are indulgent and display high anxiety like animals in fear. They do not know what it means to hold themselves back and to wait. Frame is patience. Read on.
To hold back expression is one of the most uncomfortable things a man in his feminine frame will experience. He is anxious like a child and cannot hold himself together like a framed man. This lack of patience is common among children and women.

This generation feel they must talk and talk fast. They are like dogs thinking their food will be taken. Even so called masculinity heroes in our times talk too much and talk too fast. Why? Because they are impatient with their power projection and feel rushed to express.
Slow down and revere the silence. Wait and watch others unravel themselves in anxious behaviorism. This itself is a power transfer. They are like prey falling into traps. Imitate the patient predators in nature that do not fear silence and the stillness of the environment.
Frame is a daily discipline. Each man must recognize that he holds an energy that wants to escape himself. Be patient with yourself. Do not fear the silence. Do not fear solitude. Become like a tiger watching its prey from the bush. Shoulders back. Chin towards God.
