๐Ÿšจ LEAKED:

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerbergโ€™s thoughts on the Apple Vision Pro.

He e-mailed this to the company.

1. The reveal was news to him as much as anybody: Image
2. He called out how expensive it is:

At $3499 for the Vision Pro
vs $299 for the cheapest Quest

It makes sense.

He said Apple has different โ€œvalues andโ€ฆ vision.โ€

Metaโ€™s is to be as accessible to everyone as possible. Image
Zuckโ€™s vision is more around โ€œtransporting aroundโ€ the metaverse.

3. Zuck made a dig on the solo use cases:

He called out that demos were people โ€œsitting on a couch by themself.โ€

If thatโ€™s the future of computing, โ€œitโ€™s not the oneโ€ he wants. Image
He apparently forgot this part.

Thereโ€™s an entire standing work use case for Apple he ignored.

In this demo, the wearer clearly interacts with a colleague, too (0:30).
4. Zuck called out the wire:

He said, โ€œyou need a battery and a wire.โ€

The Meta Quest Pro is truly wire free for 2 hours.

So it makes sense to highlight. Image
Hereโ€™s what heโ€™s talking about.

Itโ€™s a great point.

This device is wired to a battery pack.
5. Zuck doesnโ€™t think Apple unveiled any new tech:

He boiled down the differences to design choices.

He doesnโ€™t think Apple invented any new tech Meta hadnโ€™t considered. Image
Meta is the current leader in the market by a mile, with 80%+ market share.

It will be interesting to see if Apple can catch up and overtake them.

You can bet Zuck will be spending a lot of time here.

Just when we thought the metaverse was dead and AI is the new thing. Image

How do the best product teams ship better and faster without things breaking?

They embed quality into every step of the development process.

Hereโ€™s how you can do the same: Image

PMs, you can add at least $50k to your salary by becoming an AI PM.

However, many people miss the mark, making the same mistakes over and over again.

Here are the 7 mistakes to avoid if you want to secure your dream AI role: Image

โ†’ Collecting certificates may feel productive, but itโ€™s often just an illusion of progress.

Looking to land a PM role at Google, Amazon, or Meta?

Hereโ€™s the truth: Itโ€™s not enough to just secure the offer.

You need to nail the team matching process.

Hereโ€™s how to land the team (and role) you want: Image

At top tech companies, landing an offer is only the beginning.

After that, itโ€™s time for team matching: the stage where PMs find their โ€œhome baseโ€ within the company.

Why this process is crucial for both parties?
Because it ensures that PMs are placed where their skills and expertise can be best leveraged to drive maximum impact and results for the team and the organisation as a whole.

There are two paths here:

โ†’ Sometimes youโ€™re hired for a specific team, like โ€œPM, Instagram Growth.โ€

The biggest bottleneck in scaling your product with enterprise clients?

Not getting your product ready.

Hereโ€™s what you need to know to transform for enterprise: Image

Many believe an โ€œenterprise-readyโ€ product only needs the basics: RBAC, SSO, SLAs, and audit logs.

These are important but just the price of admission...
Companies like @Atlassian, @datadoghq, and @SnowflakeDB have shown that winning in the enterprise space requires a fundamental transformation.

And for help in delivering this transformation quickly and cost-effectively, check out @WorkOS โ€“ they make products enterprise-ready.

This founder dropped out of college and built a $20B company.

Here's the crazy story of how Figma went from nothing to one of the iconic startups: Image
CHAPTER 1 - SOLVING THE FILE PROBLEM

In 2012, Figma's co-founders @zoink and @evanwallace set out to solve a problem that every designer struggled with:

The file problem. Image
@zoink @evanwallace While interning as a designer at Flipboard, Dylan quickly realized how chaotic design collaboration was.

This led them to ask themselves, "Why can't design be collaborative in the browser?" โ€” just like Google Docs.

1. Structure

โ†ณ Use a framework like STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to keep your responses concise, impactful, and resonant.
โ†ณ Also, using structure isnโ€™t โ€œcringeโ€; itโ€™s a foolproof way to communicate your thoughts with clarity and confidence.
2. Discuss Trade-Offs

โ†ณ Donโ€™t just paint a rosy picture; acknowledge the challenges and complexities that come with everything.
โ†ณ Demonstrating that you understand trade-offs shows that youโ€™re thoughtful, realistic, and ready to tackle real-world problems.
