Mark Niemczyk's routine: enter @Walgreens and place his large scam sign directly in front of the entrance, so that customers are greeted by obscene language and partisan political attacks while he shops.

After his 2013 9/11 charity fraud conviction in NJ, Mark Niemczyk laid low in PA. Probably moved to Las Vegas 2016. I don't know if his plan was to do the exact same scam again, but that's what he ended up doing. He was on felony probation 2014 (sentencing) to 2019.

Mark Niemczyk has been committing a version of that very same criminal scam, mostly on #fremontstreet in #LasVegas, that he was already VERY PUBLICLY convicted of in NJ.
It is considered one of the disgusting and lucrative 9/11 charity frauds in US history (Google his name!),

And while even Don Shipley, the retired US Navy Seal who originally busted Niemczyk for pretending to be a Navy SEAL (#stolenvalor was a critical part of his 9/11 truck charity scam) kept tabs on him, and the police must have been alerted at some point that he was in Vegas,

he managed to avoid suspicion for many years, becoming a fixture on @FSELV and making hundreds of dollars a night almost every night. As far as I know only his criminal partners knew his real surname Niemczyk. W/ others he used old alias Marc/Mark Anthony (actual middle name).

I found out who he was by internet sleuthing and I was enraged. It was just before noon 4/28/23.
I did several hours of research, went to the @Walgreens, informed management around 5PM, and that night, I confronted Mark Niemczyk on camera (YouTube) in and out of the store.

Point is: @Walgreens management has been so conditioned by this lifelong conman Mark Niemczyk for so long that TO THIS DAY, they welcome him to the store, put his sign in the front of the store for him, actually believe all his lies, and refuse to even look at any evidence.
