15 Incredible Lessons from the Book Eat That Frog: Image
🐸 Embrace the Frog

Start each day by tackling your most challenging task first.

This "frog" is the one that will have the most significant impact on your life.

Completing it will give you a sense of accomplishment, momentum, and will set the tone for the rest of your day.
✍️ The ABCDE Method

Assign a letter grade to each task on your list, from A (highest priority) to E (lowest priority).

This helps identify which tasks to focus on and which can be delegated, postponed, or eliminated altogether, keeping you laser-focused on what matters most.

If you are between the ages of 20 and 40, these are the best life lessons that no one will ever tell you:
• Do not marry based on appearance

Your spouse is the most important financial decision you will ever make.

Values and character last a lifetime, whereas appearances fade.
• Spend your time with family

There will come a moment when all you will have are memories.

Spend as much time as possible with them.

Tell them how much you love and value them. Do not wait until it is too late.

By the age of 30, you need to know these formulas and you will be financially better off than 99% of people:

A negative cash flow indicates that you spend more than you earn. Image
• The rule of 72

It calculates how long it will take your money to double at any given rate of return.

For instance, if your investment has a return of 4%, it will take 18 years for your money to double (72/4 = 18). Image

If you aspire to create wealth, here are the rules that you have to know:
• Surround yourself with successful people

Your entourage has a significant impact on you.

Spend time with people who push you to be your best.

Their habits will rub off on you, and you will succeed as a result.
• Marry wisely

The person you marry is most likely the most important financial decision you will ever make.

That person either builds with you or completely destroys you.

Do your homework before it's too late and too expensive.

If you don't know how to read and analyze a Balance Sheet, read this: Image
A balance sheet is a snapshot of a business at a specific point in time. It serves two purposes.

Internally, it provides information about the financial health of a company.

Externally, it depicts the business's resources and how they are financed.
It shows the company's assets, liabilities, and shareholders' equity.

The equation to remember is: ASSETS = LIABILITIES + EQUITY Image

Here are the best financial lessons you should know:
• Having a circle of friends that discusses businesses, investing, and personal growth is a game-changer in life.
• Avoid lifestyle creep. Don't buy things to impress others. Many of the people you see are broke and in debt.
