SCAM BY Flipkart?
Bought a @ThomsonTvIndia from @Flipkart and it was delivered on June 5th. The very next day, a technician arrived to install the TV. Unfortunately, he discovered a defect and took the initiative to request a replacement. But, he didn't uninstall the TV.

Two days later, the delivery guys arrived to pick up the TV, but they refused to take it because it was still installed. Feeling stuck, I immediately reached out to @flipkartsupport for assistance. The executive assured me that they would resolve the issue.

However, they ended up canceling the replacement request.
Frustrated with the canceled replacement, I persisted and submitted another request for a replacement. This time, a technician from @ThomsonTvIndia reached out and requested pictures of the TV.

I promptly sent the requested images, and he assured me that the replacement would be approved within 24-48 hours, specifically on Monday. Interestingly, according to the app, the uninstallation was scheduled for yeste rday.

Disappointed by the lack of updates, I decided to reach out to the Thomson technician once again yesterday. Surprisingly, he redirected me to contact Flipkart for further assistance. Hoping for a resolution, I patiently waited, assuming they might take action today.

However, to my dismay, nothing happened. Feeling frustrated, Tinitiated a conversation with @flipkartsupport through the in-app chat, but they are providing vague and unhelpful responses, leaving me with no proper reply.

The fact that they are selling defective devices is concerning, the seller involved is Vision Star. I urge everyone to exercise caution when considering purchasing a TV from @Flipkart. Stay informed and be aware of potential issues. #ScamAlert#ThomsonTVIssue
