Supreme Court stayed an Allahabad High Court order for a CBI inquiry against Samrite who Filed Petition Against Rahul Gandhi

Later in October 2012 Supreme court quashed the charges filed against Rahul Gandhi in the 2006 rape case saying that “not even an iota of evidence” was found to prove that the alleged rape happened on that day & fined Samajwadi Party ex-MLA Kishore Samrite for filing a false case

Later Kishore Samrite was Terminated From Samajwadi Party & His Termination Letter was Taken to Sonia Gandhi by Professor RamGopal

CBI informed the Supreme Court that it had closed the probe against Samajwadi Party leaders way back in August 2013 as it did not find “sufficient evidence”

The competent authority in CBI took a considered decision on August 7, 2013, to close the PE against all suspects
