I love paying taxes because I am an American patriot. These anti-American rightoids want our great nation's roads to collapse, our children to be murdered due to understaffed police departments, and our poor to starve

Hating the IRS = hating America
While this is based, we would need like 40% national sales tax to make up for all our current revenue and I don't think that's going to happen

The government gives me roads, policing, a military to protect my homeland, a safety net in case things go wrong, social support for my fellow citizens, and an educational system that benefits us all.

It is not Stockholm syndrome to like good things

One thing people really don't get is just how poor America was in the 1920s. All anyone talks about is Chicago, LA, and New York, so the general public really does not realize that most people in the South did not have running water until like the 1950s
Less than 5% of US homes had indoor plumbing in 1920, so during the early years of the "roaring '20s" almost everyone outside a small number of successful big cities was still using chamber pots and outhouses
Living in Tennessee actually made me realize how recently some parts of the US stopped being cripplingly poor. There are old people in Tennessee who will tell you about how they used to take the horse and buggy into town when they were teenagers in the 1960s

Weirdest fact in American politics: despite the GOP complaining about police defunding, the city with far and away the fewest cops per capita is Bakersfield, California, which has a Republican mayor, a Republican city council majority, and is home to the GOP Speaker of the House

The most health conscious thing you can do is take an enormous amount of human growth hormone

I'm not even critical of Rogan for doing that, since he's open about using steroids, but having muscle doesn't prove you have a healthy lifestyle. Dude's got Palumboism Image
Rogan has said he is only taking human growth hormone to get the same amount of testosterone he had when he was 27. I do not believe him on that count. I think he's taken quite a bit more testosterone than he's claimed.
I'm sure the rich, white, high income doctor is probably going to live to be like 85 years old despite being doughy and having bad teeth, guys. The most pleb gymbro thing you can do is think muscle inherently equals longevity. What's the life expectancy for body builders? Image

Did you know that India has a much higher GDP than Canada? Man, Canada must really suck! I thought it was a first world country?
I also don't believe Botswana has an average IQ under 70. You get different numbers from different sources and nobody is really doing randomized IQ studies in any country in sub-Saharan Africa. It's hard to believe you could have a per capita GDP of $7000 w/ average IQ under 70

I didn't disregard Florida because of DeSantis - I disregarded Florida because its weather actually sucks. Why would you want to live in Florida when the rest of the South also has nice weather, but with less mugginess and fewer mosquitos? I'd rather live in Nashville/Charlotte
I don't like the dry heat of the sun belt and I don't like the extreme humidity of Florida. Florida's also way too expensive relative to local wages

"Murder is good" has become an increasingly widespread position on the far-left, so I think we're way past their support of bullying being the problem lol
And before anyone says this is a strawman, the Anarchy Left's replacement for cops is lynch mobs and they defend every left-wing extremist who gets shot by the police in the midst of committing attempted murder.
