There's five people with far more money than sense, and then there's actual badass hero Pia Klemp, who faces a 20-year prison sentence for helping to rescue more than 1,000 migrants from drowning in the Mediterranean Sea. #OceanGate#FreePia
Sorry not sorry, but it shouldn't be a literal crime to rescue marginalized people from drowning when there's this gross amount of resources being exploited to find literally five men.
If they were poor, nobody would care.

If I have time to wade back into comments on this post later, I will, but as a quick update:
1) iuventa-crew.org/en - this seems to be the most up-to-date source on Pia, her crew + their humanitarian efforts
2) ALL life is equally sacred. I hope the #oceangate 5 are found..
... and that they are still alive...but the company CEO took idiotic risks with human life, and the ocean is fierce.
Also, we as a global society are so far out of balance when it comes to respecting life as sacred. That needs to be rectified immediately before it's too late.
We as a global society need to de-commodify housing, medicine, food, education, and all other necessities that people need to thrive.
Corporations currently have more rights than living humans. That needs to change too.
Scarcity is a lie we're fed that keeps us divided.
3) Leadership that is based in balanced Divine Masculine + Feminine ideology will be our future - one where all members of a group are seen as valued and cared for.
For those who are corrupt and exploit others... your time is coming to an end.
4) The changes we've seen over the last few years: the shift in power to the collective, the exposure and dismantling of corrupt leaders and systems, the breaking down of the old ways... we've only gotten a taste of what's to come over the next decade or so.
5) Community care is the way forward, and will be the way of the future. Money doesn't save anyone from death, and the best chance we humans have at surviving the future is to heal our planet and our relationships, and to work together to dismantle corrupt systems.

I posted ONE comment, offhand, about AH. One week ago. Since then, Depp's toxic stans have been intentionally, hatefully barraging my mentions with all kinds of misogynistic and spiteful content.
If he's innocent like y'all think, you being abusive in his name casts more doubt.
Literally hundreds of messages, many of which wishing ill on me or meant to insult/belittle/get a rise out of me.
The only thing any of you truly care about is spreading hate and divisiveness. You do not care about due process, justice, or protecting the rights of women.
All of you who perpetuate this online harassment are deeply sick and need mental help. You need to grow the fuck up.
Clearly, some of these accounts are bots, yes.
Collectively, we need to start asking ourselves who is interested in furthering the "women lie" narrative.
Holy shit, y'all. While this is not "visible" to people in the same way that my recent career successes and general glow-up has been, I don't think I've realized til now how strong my boundaries with others have finally become.
Like, literally until the pandemic, I didn't really have them, and it led to me being exploited and harmed in far too many ways for most of my 30+ years on this planet.
PS: and while I don't 'need' external validation on this, I would like this fact to be celebrated the same way people celebrate babies, weddings, engagements, people's weight loss, and their career wins.
Probably unpopular insomnia/moon in Gemini thinky thought: humanity HAS to get better at holding space for the grey areas in life. Or we're gonna kill ourselves off.
BUT - when those grey areas and "both sides"ing involve a clear imbalance of power and privilege...
... then we must do what we can to fairly and peacefully - whenever possible - level the playing field so that there is true equity, before seeking to navigate the murky in-betweens.
Too many people are still slaves to black and white thinking.
Not to mention the sunk cost fallacy that comes with insecure folks' doubling down on a harmful position, even and especially when they've been presented with compelling evidence to show that their worldview is myopic and incomplete.
Sorry not sorry, but this needs to be said: there's a whole lot of toxic Johnny Depp stans out there, and *every single one of you* is actively perpetuating misogyny. The sad thing is how many of you are blind to this fact, whether you're wilfully blind or just too naive.
Misogyny is not just overtly hating women, btw. Misogyny is harassing women - especially en masse - who dare to have an opinion you disagree with.
Misogyny is perpetuating a narrative that women must behave a certain way to be a "good" or "real" victim when it comes to assault.
Misogyny is having a double standard for women and men's behaviors, and refusing to see how violence that is perpetuated by men contributes to abused women possibly becoming abusive in response. Two wrongs don't make a right, absolutely, but there is always a catalyst.
Me when I call out mediocre men on their bullshit, and the mediocre men don't like it.
PS: Sorry not sorry, but toxic masculinity, capitalism, and patriarchy are LITERALLY why we have ww3 on our fucking hands, and why the world is as fucked as it is now.
You can disagree with me, but you'd be wrong.
The future is feminist.
Hooboy. I see I'm making a lot of insecure people uncomfortable tonight by speaking some unpopular but necessary truths.
The toxic minefield that are my Twitter mentions ironically proves exactly what I'm saying, though, especially re: toxic masculinity.
