This all started with a Chinese-language website called DingBuZhu, which means "I can't hold it" in Chinese.
It’s full of sexually explicit videos with shocking descriptions.

But who’s behind these websites selling sexual assault videos?
As we delved deeper into this sick world, one name kept coming up.

We go back online to follow the money and find dozens of payment accounts linked to individuals who process the transactions for the websites. Most accounts receive payments in Chinese Yuan.

It accepts money in Japanese Yen and the owner has a Chinese name, “Xinyu Zang”.
The account is linked to an email address that we also find on DingBuZhu.

When we put the email address through Google Contacts, the profile picture that comes up is a young man with an elaborate hairstyle and theatrical makeup.

On Chinese social media Weibo, we discover the band had a fallout. The band’s photographer accused Noctis of building “porn sites” alongside the band’s bassist, Lupus Fu.

Following our investigation, Twitter finally suspended Uncle Qi's account used by Maomi/Tang Zhuoran to openly promote his sexual abuse videos.
