These 3 statutes grant perpetual lawful possession to Trump - after his term - of his Presidential Records:
FORMER PRESIDENTS ACT (FPA)
PRESIDENTIAL TRANSITION ACT (PTA)
PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS ACT (PRA)
793(e) element of "Whoever having unauthorized possession" is defeated by👇
Why haven't ANY of Trump's legal or PR team mentioned these laws which completely defeat the Indictment?
Please study, America. Focus on how they slipped the FPA & PTA by you for two years! And they cast a bullshit spell over the PRA which - at 2205(3) grants a perpetual exception to restricted access - to all former Presidents as to the Presidential records of their time in office.

"(b) The Administrator of General Services shall...provide for each former President an office staff. Persons employed under this subsection shall be selected by the former President and shall be responsible only to him for the performance of their duties."
@RipleyFlip 3/3 Staff of a former President "shall be responsible only to him for the performance of their duties". As such, no staff is allowed to be Custodian of Records answerable to the public. No records were at "The Office". They were in Trumps personal spaces, so make DOJ subpoena 45.
1/3 DONALD J TRUMP WAS NOT THE SUBJECT OF THE SUBPOENA:
It appears Trump was deceived by Corcoran (akaAttorney#1) into thinking he had authority👇to authorize acceptance of a Subpoena not addressed to him. Had it been addressed to Trump, he could've asserted his 5thAm right...
2/3 The Indictment is EGREGIOUSLY MISLEADING at par. 52:
"On May 11, 2022, the grand jury issued a subpoena...to
The Office of Donald J. Trump"
The subpoena was directed - NOT TO TRUMP - but specifically to the "Custodian of Records". And it says in caps: "YOU ARE COMMANDED"
3/3 Corcoran's search of 80 boxes👇in 2.5 hours seems impossible & HE drafted a certification claiming THAT was a "diligent search" on behalf of NOT TRUMP - but the Custodian - aka Attorney 3 - who then signed it. This cert means "any and all" docs found IN THAT SEARCH were sent.
1/4 BUSH/PLAME IS DOJ APPROVED PRECEDENT FOR DECLASSIFICATION
Trump stated all MAL docs were declassified by him before leaving office. In August '22, Kash Patel confirmed he did declassify everything. But there is no Constitutional requirement to announce declassification...
2/4 Bush declassified Plame info from the NIE by doing what? By removing marks and announcing declassification formally? NO! He had it leaked. Press Secretary Scott Mclellan told the nation Bush declassified the NIE "secretly" & ABC News confirmed the leak declassified the info👇
3/4 In 2008 Mclellan provided details affirming that secret declassification was accomplished vis the leak and that the "official" declassification happened 10 days after the leak, claiming by "official" he meant a "public" update as to the declassification.👇The DOJ has never...
