Yesterday I dropped off my 14 year old son & his friend in Martensville at the skate park. If you know me and my son he has loved skateboarding since his uncle gave him one when he was two years old.

Skateboarding has been so good for my indiginous/jewish son. It has kept him positive and happy through the ups and downs of life & made him a lot of friends over the years.

Anyways, yesterday he was at the skate park and this happened.

Not a big deal, right? Except, that in martensville the skatepark is by the road.

… and his board slid out on the road. While someone was driving down the road. According to other ppl present, the driver was WAY over the posted speed limit.

Anyways, she drove over his board. And then stoped got out of her car, and starting screaming at my son. Who you will remember is only 14.

My son was respectful, and even took his headphones out to listen to her concerns. She started yelling that he needed to pay for her Tesla.

After harassing and verbally abusing my son, plus the other kids present, she then took off.

Not before taking my sons picture. Which she posted to the m’ville fyi page. A friend spotted it, informed me & I got the page administrators to take it down. I also gave her my contact info if she needed to reach out to me to discuss the situation privately and like an adult.

We went home, and I had a quick chat with my son about showing respect to adults even if they are acting poorly.

Well it turns out that the tesla owner/driver was Leah Cusson. Her and her husband Steve own Phobia Auto Repair.

Obviously think they are big wigs in Martensville.

As if bullying and harassing my son once on facebook wasn’t enough. Once the post was taken down by fb administrators they decided to blast him on facebook from their business facebook page.

My son went to bed the before his last day of grade nine, going viral on the Phobia Auto Repair facebook page.

All this mind you, started over an hour after they already had my contact info.

The comments and shares on this post were horrendous. Steve and Leah Cusson bullying a 14 year old kid. And getting hundreds of people to share and comment. My son had to go to bed reading all these disposable comments. When he got to school three of students came up to him and called him a f’ing dumb-ass.

You happy Leah and Steve!?!? Online bullying and harassment has a huge impact on a kid’s mental health.

I have filed charges with the police and spoken to a lawyer. Screen shots of the worst comments are on file. Overnight you made a 14 year old kid’s life a living hell.

When Leah was screaming at my son, he said twice to her. “I am sorry. I am just a kid.”

I hope people take note of what kind of people own Phobia Auto Repair. And take their business elsewhere.
