1. Got pushed into a neck high ditch full of raw sewage by a passing motorcyclist for no reason
He purposely weaved in and out of traffic just to get near and push me in
I walked two miles home like that, with people constantly asking me if "I was stupid?" or "go home and wash"
2. My father bought me two rabbits as a gift. I named them Bugs and Lola. One day, I came home with malaria. And I crashed on the couch just in time to witness some hands reach under our gate and snatch a curious Bugs.
The next day, they dumped his cooked bones on our gate.
3. I GOT MALARIA FOUR TIMES.
FOUR.
NOT THREE.
NOT TWO.
FOUR.
4. I would spend at least an hour in the afternoon every day prepping the mosquito net with the focus only gifted to the insane or drugged because mosquitos made it impossible for me to sleep.
Somehow the mosquitos always won.
5. My dad left on a business trip. He left me with enough money to buy phone airtime, plenty of food, and enough money to buy fuel to use the generator almost nonstop.
I was walking to buy fuel. Man bumped into me, patted me on the back and said "sorry, my brother" (1/2)
5. While this was happening, some old men and 3 police officers were dying laughing on a bench across from me.
Idk what was funny.
I didn't get it.
10 minutes later, I patted my pocket, noticed it was empty and realized it was me.
The joke was on me.
6. I saw like 7 people die on two different instances.
One was where a bull got loose and gored a guy while stomping on another.
The other, involved a big truck tipping over on a busy street.
7. An entire neighborhood was on fire for like a day or two and for the next week and a half while I was in class, there was just smoke constantly in my face and I know this is just a mild irritant but it was serious to me okay
8. The amount of naked men with mental issues I saw just roaming the streets. Just dick and balls just out, that was also annoying.
First time, I was like
Me: Shouldn't we call the police?
My classmate: Nah. That's just a madman.
Me: Oh. Just.
9. This one is actually a fun one. So, I did not get sick from that sewage that I fell in but a little while later I got this massive tennis ball sized boil on my thigh and my dad let me inject myself with anesthetic and use a scalpel to cut it open and lance it
10. I had people fatter than me, far fatter, call me the Nigerian insult for a fat person just cuz I sounded American.
"Orobo"
I'm like, how dare you. You are waddling
My mother does not understand why I don't want to go back to Nigeria so badly. I feel like someone put a curse on me so that every time I step back on that land something must go wrong. There was more shit that happened, I just can't think of it right now
@albesqlop17 @Painhell1 I told him I was taller and heavier and I would get up first
he turned around didn't say anything
never saw him again
never came back to pick me up

Have you noticed how there's nothing actually really conservative about right-wing politics anymore?
Like, strictly, politically speaking.
Sure, if you go far-right enough, sure, It's very "RETVRN" but the average is just populism.
It's really interesting to see how the meaning of modern "conservatism" stands. There's no point to political beliefs, and more about how things look. There's no concept about values, it's just surface-level appearances, dunking on the Left, and culture wars.
Some people think it's because of Trump but I think it's actually different. Trump was kind of just a symptom of what was already kind of happening.
The Overton window has shifted and what's considered Progressive or leftist has moved further and gotten narrower.
If you look at Spider-Man’s suit, it’s entirely non-culturally descriptive. Anyone would recognize it as a spider. Nobody would recognize it as American or white or anything else.
"Yet looking at alternatives barring Ben Reilly, Kaine and early Miles suites, a great many seem largely culturally dedicated. You almost always know who, if not specifically, is going to be under the mask, because they're variants designed to be a specific THING."
"If a white guy was under half of the these designs, there’d be a shitfest, yet we’re supposed to treat them as if they’re like the original Spider-Man in that anyone can be under the mask. Why is that?"
That's an interesting point but I think ultimately there's differences.
I think people deify Superman as a character to the point that him not being a perfect symbol of good at all times is considered an immediate betrayal of the character. Despite people saying he's not a Christ like character, they treat him as that
Some midwit with an idea of story structure and a beta writer or just anyone with two brain cells could type prompts and tweak it for days on end until it reads real.
