Cerave Foaming Facial has hyaluronic acid for moisture so it also helps hydrate and comes with niacimicide which I always use as part of my routine.

I started with Neutrogena HB cleanser (& other Neutrogena items) years ago but phased to Cerave FF cleanser this year for better results.

I have oilier skin & this Cerave is better for normal/oily.

Why can idealism not sit hand in hand with reality?

The same way logic can be tempered with emotion.

Just because you know something and are aware of the flaws within it, it doesn't mean there's no magic or joy to it. I write all the time, and I'm aware of how frustrating it can be to get a chapter close to perfection as I can manage, writer's block on top of that, and the infuriating lack of understanding from readers.

The thing about Jonah Hill and his texts show that he has become obsessed with therapy speak and is using that to parse his relationships.

The man literally made a documentary about how much he loved his therapist. That is not someone who actually has healthy relationships. Image Jonah sounds right because of his wording. Therapy speak naturally sounds very calm & measured and it can make it seem like the other person is coming from a reasonable place.
