1. Trump's NSC aid Robert C. O'Brien's testimony may be the last puzzle piece. Any other witnesses may be targets. Specifically, the people who knew force or violence was contemplated & agreed to it because they were going to be placed in high-level positions in the dictatorship.
2. When this was happening my first thoughts went to "what's the plan? If they stopped the count that might jam up Jan 20 but it would not create a basis for Trump and Pence to remain in power. Their terms would end at noon and nothing could stop that. So what was the plan?
3. I am as convinced today as I was then this was the plan: VP Pence was removed from the Capitol. Grassley tipped his role in the coup that was reported the day the planning was complete: 
4. Then the coup leaders made him change his story less than 24 hours from the execution of the coup.
5. People like Wolf and O'Brien who knew something was coming had left town. But the plan was already in trouble when the acting Sec Def issued his disarm the DC National Guard order. I know this is where a lot of folks disagree but I'm almost certain that the coup plotters
6. intended to use an armed DC National Guard force to clear the Capitol in Jan 6. They had to stop the count and they would have had a way to insure that the members could be removed. The armed DC National Guard could do that, not an unarmed Gaurd force.
7. When the attack came, Pence was moved to where members of the Secret Service could remove him from the building. But regardless of what he had done or agreed to prior to that he knew that if he left the Capitol the coup would succeed. He will be known as a scoundrel for
8. keeping the attack secret. But the plan was to remove Pence and then have Grassley just dismiss the session. When the members objected he would call for Sargent at Arms and the DC Guard under Trump's direct command to clear the Capitol. I believe that Scott Perry was to be
9. tactical commander with Michael Flynn directing him. Once the count stopped and the Capitol was cleared, they would simply begin the Flynn martial law plan. If Pelosi was not eliminated then they would have a plan to find her.
10. Assuming she was removed, on January 20 at Noon both Trump's and Pence's terms would end. Under the Constitution the acting president would be the Speaker who they would have removed and with the Capitol shut down the Democrats would not have been able to elect a new one.
11. Grassley would either decline the presidency or be assassinated and the new POTUS 46 would be this guy. A loyal soldier IMO of Putin and his business partner Charles Koch. Did they call Pompeo to the grand jury? I don't think so and that's because he's going to be charged.
12. But Pompeo is smart and knew that the plan had failed but he needed to remain in play so after conferring with his Kock/SVR handlers, he smartly says the right thing.
13. But there were just too many lunatic fringe players who knew about the plan. Wood being allowed to avoid disbarment could simply be so the facts about his role in the coup are not disclosed in a Georgia bar disciplinary proceeding.
14. So after the coup failed the people who likely knew the most gathered to get their stories straight.
15. Ratcliffe was in the grand jury in April.
16. And O'Brien went before the grand jury in February but resisted testifying and likely appealed. That appeal like the others likely resulted in an order to testify or go to jail. It has just been reported that O'Brien has testified.
17. We recently saw reports of Secret Service agents in the grand jury. If I had to guess I think these would be the agents who knew of the plan to remove the VP who could be charged with seditious conspiracy or worse.
18. But what we didn't see is Pompeo in the grand jury. What we didn't see is his benefactor Charles Koch in grand jury. And if the DOJ is going to root out rot that nearly costs us our freedom, both Koch and Pompeo need do be teed up for seditious conspiracy charges and held.

24. and that is possibly a reason he stole US intel on Iran and made the effort to publicly flash it to let them know was so he could use it as another peace offering to get off the IRGC hit list that would predictably have resulted from his acknowledgement of his Soleimani
25. assassination. Pompeo is the Koch network's boy. When he left the Army and completed his Harvard law degree, also with top honors, he practiced for a short time and then Pompeo and two close Army associates started a firm in Kansas funded by Koch. He's their boy
26. and Koch reaffirms family loyalties by continuing to do business in Russia. Unless the indictments take down the Koch network and its long connection to the Russian state that the Koch family wealth was derived from during the Soviet phase, the threat to the
27. Republic will not end that has also now been exposed as having corrupted at least two SCOTUS justices under the absurd claim that the wealth they have directed to them were gifts, like a parent paying for their child's tuition.
