Why is Garland Special Counsel Robert Hur in no Hur-ry to investigate Biden?
1. For 2 months, Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland secretly colluded with his boss Biden's private attorneys.
2. They covered up Biden's 5 stashes of stolen classified records from the Obama White House (and even the Senate), unguarded for years, moved several times, accessible by Biden's Chinese agent, and likely illegally used by Hunter to corruptly secure millions of foreign bribes and other corruption in Ukraine, China, Romania, and potentially elsewhere.
3. At the same time, Garland went to a biased magistrate judge (Bruce Reinhart, who had just recused from Trump's civil lawsuit against Hillary Clinton 6 weeks prior after Reinhart bashed Trump on Facebook) and obtained an order green-lighting an unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful home raid on a former president.
4. For the non-crime of a former president having his presidential records in the congressionally funded and heavily guarded Office of the Former President, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act.
5. But the Biden DOJ ignored the Presidential Records Act--and falsely accused their boss Biden's chief political enemy Trump of "espionage."
6. After Garland got caught in his Biden collusion and cover-up, Garland appointed Special Counsel Robert Hur to "investigate" Biden.
7. Hur is the longtime protégé of FBI Director Chris Wray.
8. Wray was born into privilege in New York City, attended the best privates schools, went onto Yale and Yale Law, and then was handed the best legal jobs in and out of government.
9. Wray's always been spineless and eager to please Democrats. For months, for example, Wray let BLM and antifa cause billions in damage, kill dozens, attack the White House, torch St. John's Church, and destroy American cities.
10. Since 2017, Wray sat on serious, credible, and compromising FBI evidence that then-Vice President and 2020 presidential candidate Biden took a $10 million foreign bribe:
11. Wray is the longtime protégé of disgraced former FBI Director James Comey.
12. Bush 43 fired Comey as the Deputy Attorney Attorney (DOJ #2), for whom Wray worked for 5 years.
13. Obama appointed Comey as his FBI director, and Trump fired disgraced Comey and replaced him with Wray. (Chris Christie pushed Wray. Big mistake.)
14. Hur is also the longtime protégé of Rod Rosenstein, Obama's only 8-year Bush 43 U.S. Attorney holdover.
15. Hur was the #2 to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein (DOJ #2), who (mis-)managed the Mueller probe against President Trump.
16. Garland Special Counsel Jack Smith, a disgraced and partisan former federal prosecutor unanimously reversed by the Supreme Court after serious prosecutorial misconduct against another Republican presidential contender, has spent over $9,000,0000 pursuing Trump for the non-crime of a former president having his presidential records.
17. Hur has only spent just over $600,000 pursuing Biden, for the obvious crime of stealing classified records, leaving them unguarded for years and accessible to a Chinese agent, and likely using them in foreign bribery and other corruption schemes.
Hur is running Garland's obvious coverup for Biden.
This is one of the most lawless and dangerous orders yet.
Biden DC U.S. District Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali, the first Muslim and Arab DC judge, ordered the President's aides to ignore his executive order revoking a security clearance.
Judge Ali, who is still a foreign citizen, previously ordered the President could do not perform a national-security review of $2 billion in foreign aid.
🚨BREAKING: Last night, US Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Lindsey Halligan revealed a ton of new evidence relating to Letitia James’s alleged mortgage fraud.
The exhibits are damning, and showed that she lied to the lending bank, the IRS, and her homeowners’ insurer.
Exhibit 4 in Halligan’s filing is Letitia James’s Affidavit of Occupancy, where she swore under oath that she would be using the Norfolk, Virginia property she bought as a second home.
This was false – she did not live in the property.
In her homeowner’s insurance application, James claimed that the Norfolk house was unoccupied five months out of the year.
Trump U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan files public response to James Comey's motion to dismiss his indictment for vindictive prosecution.
Exhibit 13 includes bombshell, damning evidence of then-FBI Director Comey's handwritten note--on FBI director letterhead--evidencing Comey's knowledge of--and even participation in--the Russian collusion criminal conspiracy against Trump.
Exhibit 5 gets worse.
James Comey, from his burner gmail with his alias Reinhold Niebuhr, states:
to me
No need. At this point it would shouting into the wind. Some day they will figure it out. And as Jack and Ben point out, my decision will be one a president elect Clinton will be very grateful for (though that wasn't why I did it).
In Exhibit 7, in response to planting a New York Times election-eve hit piece against Trump, then-FBI Director James Comey tells FBI special government employee Daniel Richman:
"Well done my friend. Who knew this would. E so uh fun."
The FBI doesn't have the evidence many thought it did.
There are not tapes with powerful men raping kids.
There is not a list.
(Eipstein's rolodex is already public.)
And the file is largely unreleasable, for many reasons including:
1. Grand-jury materials
2. Court records under seal
3. Child pornography
4. Protection of victims
5. Unsubstantiated, even double- or triple-hearsay, bogus claims (like we saw during the Kavanaugh proceedings), which would permanently destroy the reputation of innocent people if released
Does anyone really believe Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, or Dan Bongino would cover up for the likes of Bill Clinton or Bill Gates--if they had that evidence?
The Trump Justice Department wanted to be fully transparent. But it can't, for the reasons above. This is a case of no good deed goes unpunished.
This is no doubt unsatisfying to many. But that's the hard truth.
Again, to those complaining about Pam:
"The Trump Justice Department wanted to be fully transparent. But it can't, for the reasons above. This is a case of no good deed goes unpunished."
The President of the United States correctly designated Tren de Aragua (TdA), a vicious Venezuelan gang, as a foreign-terrorist organization.
The President correctly put these terrorists on planes to get them the hell out of our country.
Yet DC Obama Judge James Boasberg thinks he has the power to order the President to turn around the planes in mid-air and bring back these terrorists into America.
This is the most dangerous constitutional crisis imaginable.
I do not say this lightly:
The President has a constitutional duty, as the chief executive officer and commander-in-chief, to ignore Judge Boasberg's lawless and dangerous order.
The Supreme Court must use the emergency docket to immediately stay Judge Boasberg's order.
An activist Obama DC judge thinks he has the power to order the President to turn around planes deporting vicious Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members?
When will the Chief Justice and Justice Barrett end this extremely dangerous judicial sabotage of the presidency?
