1🧵 Just 4 days before inauguration, UAE's Spy Sheikh, the UAE's National Security Adviser Sheikh Tahnoon secretly bought 49% of Trump's crypto firm [World Liberty Financial/WLF] for $500M.

$187M went to Trump and $31M went to his Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff.⚠️

...then months later:
✅ UAE got restrictions lifted on AI chips.
✅ UAE signed Pax Silica
✅ UAE' MGX got 15% of TikTok U.S.
✅2 of the Sheiks senior aides were appointed to President Trump's personal WLF Board of Directors.

||| No Congressional approval. Ever. |||

2🧵I think there's a strong legal argument for the
Trump/WLF/UAE/Witkoff scam being potentially Illegal.

📜The Constitution explicitly prohibits a president from receiving payments from foreign governments or state-linked entities without Congressional consent. This is under the Foreign Emoluments Clause [Art. I, §9, cl. 8].

👉The claims that this incidence violated the Foreign Emoluments Clause are:

🔹Sheikh Tahnoon = UAE's National Security Adviser = agent of a foreign sovereign.

🔹$187M flowed to Trump-controlled entities from that foreign sovereign [Tahnoon].

🔹No Congressional consent was sought or obtained.

⚠️No criminal charges filed. No court has ruled. The clause has no independent enforcement mechanism, it requires Congressional action, a DOJ willing to prosecute or civil litigation standing, none of which have materialized under the current administration.⚠️

3🧵The Kicker: The UAE signs the Pax Silica agreement, thus gaining access into an U.S-led global Ai alliance on Jan. 14, 2026. This on its face seems innocuous to until you know that the Pax Silica MOU was signed by the US Under Secretary for Economic Affairs, Jacob Helberg.

Helberg is significant here because;
🔹He's not only former Google but he's also a former Palantir employee & worked for Alex Karp.
🔹He was arguably the single most influential private-sector architect of the TikTok ban & forced-sale legislation
🔹 His role created a direct pipeline from Silicon Valley lobbying to a Trump administration policy position.
🔹Prior to this position he had never been in government.

At only 36yrs of age it's clear his position was directly related to his efforts regarding the TikTok ban. Trump was pleased with Helberg as seen in a video message at the 2024 Hill & Valley Forum, with Trump saying;

"Jacob, I want to thank you".

2🧵Back in 2015 📅 The Wall Street Journal revealed U.S. counterintelligence caught Israel eavesdropping on confidential Iran nuclear negotiations between the U.S., Iran, and world powers.

Israel then fed stolen intelligence to U.S. lawmakers to sabotage the emerging agreement.🚨

3🧵A senior American official told the WSJ:

"It is one thing for the U.S. and Israel to spy on each other. It is another thing for Israel to steal U.S. secrets and play them back to U.S. legislators to undermine U.S. diplomacy."

Trump wasn't POTUS at that time but it was fresh on the federal governments mind by the time the 2019 incident occurred....

1🧵What does horse meat and hookers have to do with our current commander in chief? The answer, surprisingly A LOT! The Trump dynasty is often seen as a rag to riches real estate story, but where did it really start? The answer: draft dodging, hookers & horse meat.

2🧵Trump's grandfather fled Bavaria at 16yrs old to avoid the draft. Doing so was against the law. After doing some menial jobs when he first arrived to the US he moved to Seattle and opened a whore house in Seattle's Red Light District.

3🧵This was the first of three such establishments that he would run before acquiring enough money to take his ventures further.

He then returned to Bavaria and married his neighbors daughter. The Bavarian government however would go on to ban Fred from the country for dodging the draft.

1/9🧵On Feb 17th, Bayer announced a proposed nationwide class settlement of $7.25+billion for Roundup/glyphosate non‑Hodgkin lymphoma claims.

The NEXT DAY, President Trump signs an EO under the Defense Production Act (DPA) protecting Glyphosate.
..& its worse than you think.

2🧵Bayer spent years in litigation over their product, Roundup, the glyphosate containing herbicide. In order to appease the courts Bayer offered to set up a class action settlement that covers current + future claims via 21yr fund.....Bayer can bail if opt-outs too high.

Bayer's Glyphosate total legal tab: ~$14B.

Making Roundup the most expensive single product legal liability in US history!

3🧵The DAY AFTER Bayer submitted the settlement Trump signs EO"Promoting the National Defense by Ensuring an Adequate Supply of Elemental Phosphorus and Glyphosate-Based Herbicides."

Invoking the Defense Production Act [DPA] declaring Glyphosate as "critical" for national defense, citing the only "single domestic producer" i.e; Bayer's Soda Springs, ID Glyphosate plant.

Coincidence? Not at all.

1🚨 The truth about Pam Bondi [fully sourced]! I had from the start been skeptical of Pam Bondi for no other reason than the Epstein Files that she certainly would have to tackle. People say she was chosen perfectly & depending on the reason I'd agree.

2🚨 For the record, Pam Bondi was FL's 37th AG spanning from 2011-2019. She campaigned HARD on her promise to end child trafficking in FL.

Pam had a few notable efforts; adding a tip-line and taking down a trafficker on Backpage in 2018 w/ a 98% conviction rate that year.

3🚨Despite a few wins the Florida’s Office of Statewide Prosecution (OSP) in 2014 noted that during Pam's term FL saw human trafficking [HT] cases increased 60% & defendants increased 8X(23 → 179).

Moreover, 4yrs later [2018] Active HT cases were up 30% from 2017.
