MK-ULTRA wasn’t some random aberration; it was the offspring of an Anglo-designed wartime intelligence system that never really stood down. During WWII, British intelligence ran ULTRA codebreaking and psychological warfare through Bletchley Park, Tavistock, and Porton Down, normalizing total secrecy, deception, and human experimentation as tools of statecraft.

In the nuclear lane, the same Anglo architecture routed hardware and materials through offshore channels. In that configuration, Israel functions as the Crown’s offshore nuclear node: not technically a U.S. ally, while also structurally a “deniable arm” of the same transatlantic network that controlled colonial uranium and European enrichment. British and French companies, Belgian and Canadian uranium, and European consortia like URENCO handled the material flows; Mossad handled the covert acquisitions and security; and classification regimes in the U.S., UK, France, and Israel ensured that the most sensitive Dimona records could be permanently buried as foreign-origin, liaison-protected nuclear intelligence.

When you lay Maxwell on top of this — controlling nuclear and Soviet scientific publishing between London, Moscow, Washington, and Jerusalem — you get the information-space version of the same backchannel: Crown and Mossad managing what nuclear knowledge crossed borders and who got to see it.

JFK walked straight into this machine. Two years later he was dead, and the official investigation was shaped by the very network he had threatened: Dulles sitting on the Warren Commission, CIA counterintelligence (Angleton’s shop) withholding and lying about its Oswald files, and vast swaths of nuclear, liaison, and foreign-equities material walled off under “national security.”

The pattern is clear: the same Anglo-American-Israeli security complex that ran wartime ULTRA, built OSS, CIA and Israeli Intelligence on the British model, experimented on minds under MK-ULTRA, and quietly midwifed Dimona through Crown-aligned uranium and Mossad backchannels is the real Military Industrial complex that JFK tried to confront on intelligence, on nuclear policy, and on the future of the Cold War.
