This alone should make Fanni's case moot.
There is a reason they want to talk about dead voters.

They dont want to talk about what they actually did that was against GA law, and they say nbd.
One vector.
Just one.
13k votes
thefederalist.com/2021/07/19/geo…
This doesnt take into account @KevinMoncla case. They literally caught Fulton fudging the numbers on the recounts to match election day numbers.
Over 16k votes.
The AG is finally 'investigating'
It also doesnt take into account the open case for Caroline Jeffords and Voter GA based on what Suzi Voyles et al saw re fake ballots.
There are pictures of those ballots. Nobody talks about that part.
The media is salivating because of GAs unique RICO laws.
Real people are being targeted because there was an ongoing election contest and they protected that contest by signing on as alternate electors. Which is what you do in cases like this to protect standing.
Nobody in the Atl mediasphere will report that the case was filed on Dec 4th, and didnt get a judge assigned until Dec 31st.
It was a travesty.
The GA case was considered by most legal experts as the best in the nation.
And yet, it was stalled.
And now ppl are being persecuted
I have said for over a year now that the discovery in GA will be damning to the PTB here.
I thought they would be smarter bc they seek higher office.
Just like ppl running for POTUS it seems that they are listening to the wrong people.
GOP consultants in GA are stupid btw.
This will not turn out well for them.
Last night, Trump attorney Lauro discussed what they are going to do in Jack Smith's case to relitigate 2020 and J6 will be an amuse-bouche to what is going to happen in GA.
Fair warning.

Something to think about as we read Jack Smith's leaks.
We have been told they looking into Trump's state of mind regarding the stolen election. It has been leaked, they are going for wire fraud because Trump fundraised on 'stopping the steal' they have to prove mens rea- iow
That he 'knew' it was false.
All the leaks from the case, this person 'knew' that person 'knew' etc and they sent those emails.
You know who else sent out emails? The RNC.
They may try to get Trump, and he may be one of the only ones in his orbit that believed it was stolen.
What happens if they indict everyone except Trump? What if they target RNC leadership?
Look what Nessel did in MI she charged them with forgery, which is a joke. Look at who Fanni has targeted in GA. Those electors were just preserving standing in ongoing cases. They believed.

Lets talk about grassroot activists and enthusiasm

I will give you my GA centric POV from 2020- present plus looking towards 2024 nationally.

I am sure other states are seeing the same thing I saw and continue to see.

This is my story.
1/
In 2020 I attended my local Mass Precinct meeting. I was the ONLY person from my precinct to show up. There was no one else on the list.
I was new to the process. I hoped to be educated and learn more.
No one ever called or emailed me. I called my local county 10 times asking
2/
What do I need to do? I have time on my hands.
No answer.

So what did I do? I connected with @ScottPresler and others.
We learned how to register voters.
I wore my Trump 2020 shirt on the weekends everywhere. I registered voters who asked qs about my shirt.
I set up events

Listened to @SteveDeaceShow explain the Iowa caucus process today.
How it works. You are in a public group voicing your opinion openly.
As he explained it, it comes down to peer pressure because you want your vote to count.
So you vote with the group.
He said...
The reason this summit was so important is because there are so many pastor's there. They will bring many with them who will basically do what they say. I served as a staff member in evangelical churches for over 20 years. People in churches argue over everything from
Paint colors in the sanctuary to the number of Sunday school classes. I have a hard time believing they would blindly follow a pastors recommendation on a Presidential candidate. They will take his recommendation under consideration.. but I have seen lively church business

How long has Grassley known about the 1023 form?
I watched his qs to Wray from 8/22.
First question to highlight. They discuss WBs. Grassley asks about anon WB protection
We know the 1023 is high level anonymous. Grassley needs to protect him/her
c-span.org/video/?c507597…
Grassley asks a "hypothetical" question about what the FBI would do if foreign persons had made unlawful $ to officials. Would that pose a national security concern?

Watch Wray's reaction.
c-span.org/video/?c507597…
Grassley asks again. What would the FBI do when evidence was presented that foreign nationals had sent $ to politically exposed persons.

Wray goes into "lawyer mode"

The tale of 3 Trump cases.
It basically comes down to the same issue. Trump didnt listen to the 'approved' experts
In the MAL case he chose to listen to @TomFitton on the PRA. Why? Bc JW has the only court opinion on the PRA. The approved experts disagree thus 'obstruction'
Btw. Knowing this is what happened, how Fitton described his GJ appearance makes sense now. The SC lawyers spent a lot of time debating him on the Clinton sock drawer case. He said it was like being on a MSNBC panel.
In the J6 case, he chose to listen to Eastman who cited the Constitution which says the State Legislatures control elections and had the right to review, investigate and certify contested electors. Hawaii 1960 legal precedent. The 'approved' experts disagreed. Thus 'sedition'

It seems that the press is waiting with baited breath for Fanni Willis to announce her indictment against Trump. That is apparently the "Big One" everyone is waiting for bc of GA broad RICO statute.

Nobody knows what she is pursuing. They just keep saying it will be big.
Why?
Do the PTB know something the rest of us dont know? The GA election contest case was considered the best in the nation. And in violation of GA law it was not assigned a court date until Dec 31st. The court date was Jan 8th.

Why?
So much ink has been spilled about 'fake electors'. No. They were alternate electors because they needed to maintain standing in the GA case.
