2/ Trump's legal team filed election challenge in Fulton County alleging some 20 violations of election law. Under GA law an election is tossed if illegal votes totally difference between candidates proven. Judge delayed case, so they asked Secretary of State to investigate.
3/ Legal team also recommended based on Hawaii precedent to appoint alternate electors in case court case succeeded, which GA Republicans did. Details here. thefederalist.com/2023/05/15/the…

2/ Gov't says NEITHER plea agreement or diversion agreement. Image
3/ BUT note how Hunter's lawyer refers to it as an "executive" diversion agreement. And Note they did that immediately. They knew what was up!!

Lower court called "district court" entered preliminary injunction (meaning telling feds they couldn't do several things pending a full trial) re social media companies. THREAD: @pbump's "reporting" below is pathetic. First, he frames my exclusive reporting @FDRLST as at "right-wing blog.' He seems to think that corroborating details of the CHS's reporting doesn't lend credibility to the allegations!! That's ridiculous--as is his comparison
2/ of Burisma's founder to bribing Bidens to his 6 year old son's allegations that he saw a dragon on the roof.
Payments to Bidens exist; Biden admitting pushing firing of Ukrainian prosecutor; Bidens have an M.O.; we have details confirming; etc.
3/ But there is nothing rhetorically fraught to establish the CHS's story was credible. To the contrary, if it wasn't that'd be a big f-ing deal. AND Bump ignores the corroboration of the BRIBERY claims re Burisma buying interest in publicly traded company in North America. Image
