It’s saddening to see men and women, e-boys and girls, at each others throats over body count discourse. The truth is that having youthful sex out of wedlock is probably the most historically normal thing ever… followed by a quick elopement due to a pregnancy.
My fathers mother, my mother, and who knows how many women before them got married at 20 (17 in my grandmothers case) because they got knocked up by their first “body” and the idea of abortion was such a universal evil it was never considered.
Don’t be so upset with women’s nature because it’s, in all likelihood, human nature that you’re upset with. Humans have sex with each other. Contraceptives and abortion? There’s your X factor.
My grandmother and my mother got knocked up by the first “body” they ever had. Unmarried. Were they whores? No, they were doing what humans do. Now add in contraceptives, socially acceptable abortion, and a culture that insists you put off marriage as long as you can. Wat happens
