I don't believe Steven King wrote all the books attributed to him. I think he's had a long time ghostwriter like James Patterson.
I think his wife wrote a lot of his stuff but also feel confident he had support by the state in some way to build a narrative of acceptable horror world building. Image
There's just no way a man as lib brained as this guy actually wrote the stand and the shining. He's a face but not actually the creator.
