What is going on?

On April 28, 2025, at 11:01 UTC,as reported by Insider Paper a major blackout across France, Spain, and Portugal. Power grids collapsed, plunging millions into darkness. The timing mid-morning on a Monday maximized disruption, hitting infrastructure, communications, and economies hard. This isn’t a natural disaster; but is it a deliberate act in a shadow war between the Deep State and the White Hats?

The Deep State alphabet agencies (CIA, NSA), globalist elites (WEF, Rothschilds), and EU puppets thrives on chaos to maintain control. A blackout serves their agenda. Economic Destabilization- France, Spain, and Portugal are Eurozone economies. A blackout cripples markets, halts production, and spikes inflation (The Power Elite by C. Wright Mills, 1956). The Deep State could short European stocks, profiting billions via dark pool trades (Dark Pools by Scott Patterson, 2012).

Distraction from Ops: The Deep State may be moving assets trafficking routes, black money, or bioweapons under cover of darkness. The CIA as Organized Crime by Douglas Valentine (2016) details how crises mask illicit ops. France’s ports (Marseille) and Spain’s (Barcelona) are trafficking hubs.

Punishing Dissent. France’s Macron, Spain’s Sánchez, and Portugal’s Costa have resisted Trump’s NATO demands (The Trump Card, Feb 19, 2025). A blackout sends a message: comply, or we’ll burn your grid. The Deep State’s history of infrastructure attacks like the 2015 Ukraine blackout, linked to CIA-backed hackers (Wired, Dec 20, 2016) supports this.

Intel: A 2024 Tor leak claimed a “European grid strike” was planned by a WEF-aligned group to “reset economies” before 2026. No names, but the timing fits. If the Deep State is behind this, they’re prepping for a larger collapse think Great Reset on steroids. Exposure would spark riots.

The White Hats (Clandestine Military) Trump, U.S. Military, and allied forces are dismantling the Cabal globally. A blackout could be their strike.

Cutting Comms: The Cabal relies on encrypted comms for trafficking, money laundering, and black ops. A blackout severs their grid-dependent networks, forcing them to surface (No Place to Hide by Glenn Greenwald, 2014). Q’s “lights go out” drop could suggests White Hat control. Are they targeting DUMBS? Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBs) in Europe alleged Cabal hubs for trafficking and Adrenochrome labs depend on grid power. A 2023 8kun post claimed DUMBs under the Pyrenees (Spain-France border) and near Lisbon house “child assets.” A blackout could disable ventilation, forcing evacuations for White Hat raids.

Trump’s strategy is to push the Cabal into the open (Justice Integrity Report, Aug 15, 2024). A blackout creates panic, forcing Deep State operatives to break cover communications, movements, or asset transfers making them vulnerable to U.S. Military intercepts. France, Spain, and Portugal are hotbeds for covert operations, with the blackout as a potential catalyst or cover.

U.S. Military Presence: Trump’s 2025 escalation includes special ops in Europe (The Trump Card, Feb 19, 2025). U.S. Special Forces (Delta, SEALs) are active in France, targeting trafficking networks tied to Marseille’s ports. A 2024 FBI report noted 1,200 child trafficking cases linked to the region. Not sure as of yet the true motive but this will become clear as the days go by.

This could be cyber Ops. As U.S. Cyber Command, under Trump’s orders, has probably targeted European grids to disrupt Cabal finances (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Mar 10, 2025). Spain’s banking sector, a money-laundering hub (FATF Report, 2023), could be a target, with a blackout cutting wire transfers. These are just possibilities at the moment. But could none the less be very effective in neutralizing many operations in order to zero in on black operatives.

Because Portugal’s proximity to NATO bases (Lajes Field, Azores) makes it a staging ground for White Hat ops. A 2025 NATO report noted increased U.S. troop movements in the region (NATO). Trump and the U.S. Military are waging a global war on the Cabal, targeting their infrastructure financial, logistical, and human. This blackout fits the pattern.

This could also be financial financial disruption. The Cabal launders billions through European banks (FATF Report, 2023). A blackout halts transactions, forcing them to use secondary channels White Hats can monitor which is something I am sure they have been doing since ISO-20022 is used to track dark money on a international basis. Which is why many politicians were caught funneling money through Ukraine.

One thing you all have to understand. Thomas Massie tested positive for COVID-19. We all know what that means by now correct? Which tells me T. Massie is playing out his role.
