This man’s liver is likely barely making it through with the amount of chemical estrogenic and hormone bending compounds he’s soaking into his skin on a daily basis

Let’s go through how many things he does wrong here:

⁃Mouthwash (destroys gut micro biome, plastic container)
⁃Toothbrush (plastic bristles)
⁃Toothpaste and whitening paste (looks like fluoridated classic minty one)
⁃Next he admits his hair is thinning (from the huge list of chemicals he’s applying to himself and his hair each day)
⁃Aftershave (barely any alcohol but the one he used has huge list of synthetic chemicals you can look up)
⁃Body wash: second most ingredient in this is glycerin (seed oil fat) and whole list of other synthetic chemicals
⁃Shampoo and conditioner: again synthetic chemicals direct to scalp and brain
⁃Facial cleanser: chemical overkill
⁃Old spice: admits it has aluminum, doesn’t care + other synthetics fragrance and petroleum chemicals
⁃Dove Moisturiser: can’t even list how many garbage synthetic ingredients are in this one, research it yourself
⁃Various extra face moisturizers and more washes, no point going into it
⁃Add some chemical sunscreen in there why not
⁃Petroleum based lip balm + over fragrance spots
⁃Perfumes themselves being toxic and full of synthetic ingredients

Here’s my entire list of hygiene products:

⁃Olive oil soap
⁃Beef Tallow
⁃Olive oil
⁃Natural based scents ()

That’s it.

Hygiene is good. A huge load of toxic synthetic products sold to you by companies that have no idea what they are giving to people is not good.

Keep your nails clean, wash yourself and moisturize with natural products. Brush your hair. You don’t need to do much more.

True beauty and health comes from the inside and you have to avoid chemicals like this in order to maximize it. Not to mention the weird spiritual effect of preening yourself to this degree each day.

Some other ‘beauty’ tips: Sunlight, ocean water swims, regular sweating, only natural fiber clothes, and the obvious good whole food diet and good sleep.

We absolutely need to shift the culture away from believing this is 1. Needed and 2. Healthy on any way

Wearing glasses is like wearing training wheels

over time your eyes become weaker because they have to 'work' less = vision gets even worse

You can improve your vision through various natural methods... don't think you have to rely on glasses/contacts forever
If you:

- stare at a screen all day (no eye movement)
- expose your eyes to artificial blue light
- don't often get natural sunlight in the eyes
- have a poor diet
- don't eat wild seafood

then your vision/eyes will get worse!
...glasses or contacts will not fix your eyesight
Tips to improve eyesight naturally over the long term:

- Regular eye movement exercises - movement of the focus of vision from as far left and right as you can, up and down, focusing on near and far etc. The eyes are controlled by muscles and these can atrophy without use
