Insecurity needs us to be thinking, and we can understand it and eventually stop it by watching our thinking. You can litterly watch it as it's happening.
The more aware you are to your thinking, the less of an effect it's going to have on you. Then you can operate from a place of simply being, in that moment, each moment.
