You can FEEL energy.

Many people underestimate the power of thought.

Take a situation. Any situation.

Depending on the perspective many differing outcomes can occur.

Change the angle and what you see changes too.

This hints at RE-FRAMING.

-you notice a thought
-you accept it's not the frequency you like
-you pause, step back and look for healthier ways to see it

"Your world view is a confession of character."

People who always focus on low frequency are just that.

They are trapped wearing black tinted glasses.

They have not realized there are other tints to try on.

Lesson 2: You can create feelings intentionally.

Thought usually come after feelings.

Actions usually lead to feelings.

Through specific action you create your reality.

Look for FEEDBACK LOOPS.

What are FEEDBACK LOOPS?

I don't drink water.
I don't eat food.

Now I'm cranky.

So I treat my loved one's rudely.

Then I feel guilty the next day.

So I don't drink water or eat.

Repeat cycle.

If you look closely, feedback loops are EVERYWHERE.

Through practicing meditation, you'll notice them more.

Your ability to observe feedback loops will make life easier.

I used to play a lot of video games.

I would get headaches and feel wild.

But I never connected the dots.

WELL:
-if you don't move
-don't get sun
-don't hydrate
-don't eat

No wonder you feel bad.

Lesson 3: Your energy affects everyone

Humans are meant to work toward selflessness.

Meaning, you value what feelings you create in others.

The subconscious is powerful.

It picks up things that go right by your conscious mind.

You know how some animals can see auras?

Your subconscious picks up on the energy of others.

Using the subconscious in everyday life:

You connect to your heart and intuition through:
-mantras
-meditation
-anything which creates flow state

The more time you invest in these areas the more the world works for you.

The past scarred him, and this built up into a deep confusion

So we gently went into it, starting first from a structural angle (#1key)

This created some space, some looseness, to dive deeper into the confusion
Adam was gripped in anger

Simply lacking the ability to forgive, due to him holding onto his anger. His anger was created essentially through hiding unwanted things in the fog. Only once we took the energy to clear the fog did he start to see his anger clearly. (#2key)

4 lessons on feeling energy that will keep drama out of your life:
1/ The identification of internal friction

The moment you become aware of pain:
-desire
-sadness
-jealousy
-insecurity

The key with friction / pain is to NOTICE IT and then to NOT think about it.
2/ How do you NOT think about the pain?

Don't think about a yellow bat... - ok so that's not it. lol.

You quiet your mind through entering the flow state. The flow state is easily accessible. There will be certain healthy activities that continuously and quickly pull you out of ego centric thought and bring you to a place of just being in a moment.
