I'll start with Adam
The past scarred him, and this built up into a deep confusion
So we gently went into it, starting first from a structural angle (#1key)
This created some space, some looseness, to dive deeper into the confusion
Adam was gripped in anger
Simply lacking the ability to forgive, due to him holding onto his anger. His anger was created essentially through hiding unwanted things in the fog. Only once we took the energy to clear the fog did he start to see his anger clearly. (#2key)

Insecurity needs us to be thinking, and we can understand it and eventually stop it by watching our thinking. You can litterly watch it as it's happening.
The more aware you are to your thinking, the less of an effect it's going to have on you. Then you can operate from a place of simply being, in that moment, each moment.
