This theory will attempt to identify the future role of Boa Hancock by discussing her character story so far; the plot lines she has been involved with; and the themes, and mythologies she is associated with.
Let's get in to it.
The first important things that we have to consider come from ch: 521.
This was the chapter in which Hancock revealed the past as slaves that she & her sisters suffered under the Celestial Dragons.
She went on to explain their debt to Fisher Tiger, who freed the slaves.
Boa's past as a slave seems very relevant at the moment, as it presents a direct parallel to the current Kuma story.
Not only that, but the mention of Fisher Tiger raiding Mariejois also parallels Kuma doing the same.
Boa seems to be at the centre of this connection.
Of course, the most predictable thing we can expect from Boa's future role is that she, like the Grand Fleet, will support Luffy in the final war.
But how will that come about? And how will these other plot threads affect those events?
The flashback to Amazon Lily from ch: 1059. Actually started with the aftermath of the events that we then saw unfold later in the chapter.
In this scene, Boa comments that as long as she remains at Amazon Lily, the Navy will continue to come. But where can she go?
If we go back to ch: 597. We are reminded that to the Northwest of Amazon Lily, in the Calm Belt. There is an island known as Luscaina / Rusukaina.
'Luscaina' is the name of a Nightingale Songbird. This would mean that the island is called: The Island of Songbirds.
'Rusakaina' - "留守かいな" - Is a phonetic pun -
'Rusu kai na?' - 'Nobody's home?'
This pan alludes to the fact that a lost civilisation once lived here long ago, but they were all wiped out in the struggle for survival.
I believe that this island will be the first place where Boa goes to in order to divert the Navy away from attacking her people at Amazon Lily.
This island is located in the Calm Belt, and Shakky mentions this in 1059.
The first danger is Vegapunk's Sea-stone Paddleships.
This is a reference back to something we learned long ago, way back in ch: 433.
Vegapunk created Sea-stone coated ships that can travel the Calm Belt without worrying about Sea-King attacks.
This means Boa will have to take out the one besieging Amazon Lily from the Calm Belt.
Boa and her sisters have already witnessed her Seraphim clone.
This combined with the task of taking out Vegapunk's modified Navy ships will begin to drive Boa's motivation in a specific direction.
Vegapunk.
It has also been mentioned that the event of Luffy raiding Egghead Island has been reported in the papers.
If Boa were to see this, then that on top of all of these other factors pointing in Vegapunk's direction will make up her mind.
She's going to go to Egghead.
Boa will rally the Kuja Pirates at Luscaina Island and prepare to travel across the Calm Belt to Egghead Island.
This reminds me of is the promise made between Luffy & the Grand Fleet.
It's possible that it will be Boa who "calls the banners" of the Grand Fleet.
I believe that Boa will use Luscaina Kingdom as a secret rendezvous point for the Grand Fleet to assemble at.
Sending out members of her crew to meet with the Grand Fleet captains.
However, I think this role of assembling the Grand Fleet is more likely to fall to Bartolomeo later on.
Boa will be more likely to go it alone and raid the Egghead fleet singlehandedly.
This would be a similar feat to Fisher Tiger raiding Mariejois on his own.
But if Boa does come to Egghead, then what role will she play?
This leads us to discussing some of the mythology that arguably inspired her character.
Boa's Devil Fruit being inspired by Medusa is the most well known one, but we'll be focusing on others.
Some claim that the bond between Boa & Luffy is based the story of Hippolyta & Hercules. Others say that it is based on Calypso & Odysseus.
However, the potential inspiration that I want to focus on here is the story of Penthesilea. The legendary Amazonian Warrior Queen.
I believe that this is the most consistent inspiration, because Penthesilea was not only an Amazonian Warrior Queen. She was also a famed archery, and Boa also uses archery style attacks.
But what would this mean for Boa's role in the story? Is it relevant? I believe so.
Oda has recently been putting a lot of emphasis on the power of Boa's Devil Fruit: The "Mero Mero No Mi."
It seems like Oda is setting up for this power to be used in a very significant moment.
According to the mythology / history originally laid out in the Aethiopis: Penthesilea fought in the Trojan War, distinguishing herself as a great warrior.
It was in the battle that she would challenge Achilles. "The Invincible Warrior" of Greece. But she is defeated.
Many of you will already be familiar with the story of Achilles' defeat. An invincible warrior brought down by an arrow to the heel. "Achilles' Heel."
I believe that Oda may introduce a character presenting Achilles, and Boa will challenge the to battle.
Unlike the source material mythology, Boa will land the hit on "Achilles' Heel" using her power to turn it to stone.
But who could represent Achilles in One Piece?
My original idea when writing this theory was that Kizaru would represent Achilles in this case.
He certainly is strong enough to represent such a figure. The only problem is that this would undermine Luffy's victory.
Who else is there that could represent a warrior like Achilles. A warrior supposedly related to the Gods themselves?
I believe that the most likely would be one of the God's Knights.
The God's Knights are coming, and if Luffy wins at Egghead, then he's priority #1.
Dragon has already vowed to fight God's Knights, but I believe that Boa will get there first.
Boa will defeat one of the God's Knights!
Fitting revenge for what they did to her in the past.
Boa's involvement in the finale of Egghead Island, and her fight with one of the God's Knights of the Celestial Dragons, will be a natural segue back to her past.
This may likely bring the parallels I mentioned at the start of the thread to the central focus.
Not only could this bring explanations to the Kuma story line, it could also bring forward the plot line of the liberation of the Fishmen.
If the World Government want to get to Luffy, and get vengeance on the Fishmen. Then they will attack Fishman Island.
By defeating one of the God's Knights. Boa would not only be protecting Luffy, she would also likely be preventing an invasion of Fishman Island.
Not only would this be fitting revenge for Boa, and a great way for her to help Luffy. This would also repay the debt to Fisher Tiger
That's all I've got for this one. Thanks for reading 🙏

This theory will focus on the rivalry between Shanks & Blackbeard, the history of their conflict, Shanks' current mission to stop Blackbeard, and what we can expect from the conflict in the future.
Let's get in to it
The conflict between Shanks and Blackbeard began during the famed 3 day battle between Whitebeard and Roger.
It was during this time that Buggy pointed out to Shanks that Teach seemed to never sleep.
This detail is likely very important to why Shanks considers him so dangerous.
Chapter 1089 has revealed a lot of new information to us, but there are many things that went unsaid and were not shown.
This thread will focus on 'reading between the lines' & identifying the unspoken implications within this chapter.
Let's get in to it.
Many people will be familiar with the story telling technique of 'show don't tell.' This is a common method of building suspense in story telling. However, Oda often likes to do the reverse. 'tell don't show.'
The first such implication comes at the start of the chapter.
This theory will take the perspective of Kurouma as he continues his investigation in to the incidents that happened at the Reverie.
I believe that this investigation will lead Kurouma to discovering Fujitora's true identity. Let me explain how.
Kurouma's investigation is focused on finding the connections between several incidents: The murder of Cobra; the disappearance of Vivi; and the raid of the Revolutionary Army.
Law has been defeated by Blackbeard, and the damage done seems so great that it is hard to imagine how he will recover. He has lost his crew, his submarine, and even his hat.
It seems inevitable that this means Law's retirement from being a Pirate. But what will he do instead?
Law's new dream since Doflamingo was defeated is to discover the meaning of the 'Checkered Fate.' To this end, he needs to discover the 'True History'
This is goal to learn the True History is actually the same dream as Robin's. Robin wants to learn the truth that Ohara found.
The 'People of D' are known as 'God's Natural Enemy.' The name lives on in the dark shadows of history around the world.
So far, we have met 8 families of the D. Clan. This thread will focus on the Monkey D. family, and attempt to trace it's lineage back to the Void Century.
Of course, we already know of 3 generations of the Monkey D. family through Garp, Dragon & Luffy. Everyone is very familiar with these characters, so we won't focus on them, but rather the clues to the lineage scattered throughout the story.
