The truth is, due to the declining numbers from the baby factories Ukraine runs in Europe, they've had to become...shall we say...VERY CREATIVE...in how they feed the industry they are running.
When the baby factories were producing at optimum levels, $ was raised from the few babies being adopted and the majority that were being killed for harvesting of their organs.
But the demand never slackens, and so when the baby factories cannot meet the demand, the organ harversters will have to look elsewhere to ply their bloody trade.
What you do is, you create circumstances in many international venues where hundreds or even thousands of children can disappear and nobody can prove what happened to them. Wars, natural disasters - whether due to actual natural causes or not - mass migrations, etc.
Their access to children has been severely curtailed in many of the 'markets' where they bought and sold. Much of what you're seeing on the surface world these days is due to events being tailored to create circumstances where thousands of children can disappear. In plain sight. And nobody blinks an eye.
The Great Awakening, however, directly threatens this illusionary world they've surrounded us with. The cracks are beginning to show everywhere.
They only have so many fingers to stick into the cracks. They're running out. Its only a matter of time.

They traffic in grown humans too, not just kids. Also: drugs, weapons, classified information, illegally stolen resources.
For years they had much of their 'needs' met from two primary sources: Russia and China. But they lost both of those in the 1990's/early 2000's.
So they adapted their supply streams to other countries.
A human is a human and a heart is a heart and blood is blood whether it comes from a black child in Africa, an Asian, an Arab or a Ukrainian. The liver of a child from Cuba was worth just as much on their market as that of a child from Haiti.
These people have organized opposition, however. Over the past couple of years they lost access to [in no particular order]:
Saudi Arabia
Epstein's island [major trafficking hub; you didn't think it was just about 1 guy hiring underage girls to rub one out for him, did you?]
Haiti
Cuba
North Korea
Sudan
Syria
Yemen
Libya
Somalia
