In June I was told by the Open University Vice Chancellors delegate I was being investigated

I've finally recieved a letter from the OU Central Disciplinary Committee (CDC)

The letter said that although the CDC themselves were taking no action, Id been given a disciplinary caution as a penalty by the Vice Chancellors Delegate.
The CDC said that I'd been informed of this in a letter from the VCs delegate, which the CDC letter quoted extensively

Having never received any such letter, from the Vice chancellors delegate or anyone else at the OU informing me that I had been issued with any caution, I of course contacted the OU to ask that letter from the vice chancellors delegate be sent to me...

If I've been discplined or penalised by the OU I need to know what was said in the letter that the CDC quoted.

No-one at the OU replied to my emails, so I called, and was told there is no record on file of a letter from the Vice chancellors delegate issuing me with a caution

Ive emailed asking for clarification in writing:

Have I been disciplined or not?
Can I please have a copy of the letter from the vice chancellors delegate?

I've told them I need this information in writing.

I've been told to wait for a call.

How much is discrimination? How much incompetence and total bureaucratic confusion?

Ive never come across an organisation like it

To anyone thinking of studying at OU, my advice:

Don't study there if you are gender critical

Dont study there if you have any disabilities

Don't study there if you have any protected characteristic aside from identifying as transgender

Don't go to the OU if you expect

Your data rights to be upheld

Bureaucratic systems to function even slightly effectively

An organisation to abide by its own rules

Or expect academic or any other type of integrity

You'll be sorely disappointed
