In June I was told by the Open University Vice Chancellors delegate I was being investigated

I've finally recieved a letter from the OU Central Disciplinary Committee (CDC)
1/2 The letter said that although the CDC themselves were taking no action, Id been given a disciplinary caution as a penalty by the Vice Chancellors Delegate.
The CDC said that I'd been informed of this in a letter from the VCs delegate, which the CDC letter quoted extensively
