❗️Alarming! Every single Fulton GA mail in vote was adjudicated!

Eastman disbarment trial Thursday roundup:

Favorito said his election integrity team discovered that ALL Fulton County ballot images of mail-in ballots (voting in person doesn’t generate a ballot image since a machine marks those ballots) from the 2020 election totaling 148,000 were routed to be adjudicated in the adjudication suspense folder.

Next, Favorito discussed his findings that votes were cast for individuals who have “false voter registration dates.” He said, “You don’t have this due to clerical errors. This is electronic tampering.” His team found that there were “4,502 registration numbers in the voter history file, which lists voters who were credited with voting in the November 2020 election, who did not appear in the voter registration file, which lists voters who are eligible to vote in the election.”

Favorito’s team discovered at least 873 votes in the names of dead people, contrary to the GASOS’s finding of two. He compared the voter history file from November 28, 2020, to the deceased individual file from Georgia’s Public Health Department.

“If the SOS did a simple search he would have determined that there are at least 907 voters who are registered to vote at Post Office Boxes in locations that are clearly not apartments. These Post Office Boxes are in U.S. Postal Service locations, UPS stores, Fed Ex locations, and other stores such as PAK mail, Anytime Mail and Postnet.”

Trump lost to Joe Biden in Georgia by 11,779 votes. Favorito’s report said, “Nearly 35,000 people who voted in the November 2020 election based on the 2020 Voter History file had submitted a change of address to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) showing they moved to another county and gave the USPS a ‘Move Effective Date’ more than 30 days prior to the election.”

The State Dept Global Engagement Center (GEC) partnered with a wild foreign disinfo org that works inside the United States!

The GEC partnered with the Lithuanian aka Baltic Elves thru their org called Debunk EU.

To explain the Elves function better, they physically confront what they consider “trolls” online. They also use AI to rapidly find “disinfo and work with journalists to quickly write up counter narratives.

“Debunk eu uses a combination of “‘geeks’ + ‘elves’ + journalists” to counter disinformation and undermine divisive social media posts.”

“Debunk EU Lithuanian elves were used to fight race-related disinfo that bred civil unrest in the United States.” Even admitting on their own website themselves to working in the United States.

I will also be showing direct and further indirect linkage to the Integrity Initiative.

These Elves were also used in the Institute For Statecraft Zinc Network, a sister org to the Integrity Initiative. (See inside the linked post for details.)

What’s crazy is the State Dept GEC didn’t just partner with Debunk EU, they even sent out an email extolling the virtues of the Lithuanian Elves.

“Debunk EU is ready and eager to share its technology and insights, so others do not have to develop systems from scratch. “We have an ambition to scale it globally and I am confident that we can grow and grow fast.”

Debunk EU is funded by Delhi and the Google Digital News Initiative.

Debunk EU is also connected to the AMITT/Disarm framework that I connected the State Dept GEC to also.

I’m going to provide additional details and links in the 🧵 this time around. 👇🏻

Let’s begin with the partnership between the State Dept Global Engagement Center and Debunk EU aka the Lithuanian Elves.

“After an extensive review and oral presentations of the six finalists, the Department of State’s Global Engagement Center is offering a partnership to two winners, Debunk EU, an independent technology think tank and non-governmental organization that researches disinformation and runs educational media literacy campaigns and Hromadske Radio, a Ukrainian non-commercial, non-governmental news and talk radio station that aims to contribute to the sustainable development.”

This is also listed on the State Dept website too.

And here’s the State Dept GEC extolling the virtues of Debunk EU and it’s Elves:

“Before Debunk EU was established, the elves had developed their own monitoring tool to follow hostile comments on news portals. The elves soon expanded their battlefield to Facebook, which is very popular in Lithuania. They report the most toxic trolls to Facebook for violating its regulations.”

“Lithuania’s anti-disinformation activists have created a totally integrated system. Debunk EU’s algorithms spot disinformation stories within two minutes, the organization says, isolating the ones with the greatest potential to spread fake news. The elves do the bulk of the time-consuming research to debunk false claims.”

Now here’s the article where I first learned that Debunk EU worked in the United States. Little did I know this was going to lead to a Stste Dept GEC partnership too.

Interestingly, they debunk Ukrainian disinfo also. 🤔

A counter-disinformation collective:

“Meanwhile, in Europe, Debunk EU has made headway against distortion of the truth, using what the group describes as a combination of “‘geeks’ + ‘elves’ + journalists” to counter disinformation and undermine divisive social media posts.

This nonprofit hails from Lithuania and is funded by Delfi, the largest online news publisher in the Baltics, and the Digital News Initiative, a European organization created by Google to support high-quality journalism via technological innovation.

Ukrainian disinfo:

“In July 2022, Debunk EU revealed disinformation narratives promoted by the Kremlin that aimed to sway public opinion about Ukrainian refugees and Kyiv’s efforts to join the European Union.”

“Geeks” from 10 think tanks monitored the propaganda and made efforts to debunk it.”

Since 2017 David has worked with a number of US & NATO defense agencies on understanding & combating information warfare, particularly the role of social networks in influence campaigns.
