Now let's do a bit on Trump losing his business, ie the Engoron judge decision to dissolve Trump Org from Tuesday. This is one of biggest news items we awaited, as Trump starts to face justice, and his worst news of his life so far, but much worse news is coming in next months

So WHY this 'summary judgement' came without a trial? why 'now' kind of suddenly, when the trial to end his business was coming in October

We can thank NY Attorney General Letitia James for this 'sudden' development. She asked Judge Engoron for a summary judgement, rightfully so

Trump business was dead the moment the FBI indicted Weisselberg. Actually, the Trump business was dead the day FBI raided Michael Cohen's office and found the croopked accounting books of Weisselberg, that were stored in Cohen's office, where Trump thought they'd be safe

When New York saw the cooked books, they needed to get the other evidence. So they issued subpoenas for Trump bankers (Deutsche Bank etc) & the accounting firms (Mazars) etc. So Trump objected & took it to the Supreme Court, which laughed at Trump & unanmously said gotta show em!

That process went from 2018 to 2021. Then they indicted Weisselberg. After that Trump tried delaying handing Trump Org evidence to prosecutors, so NY AG had to keep filing complaints to.. this judge. Judge Engoron. Who slapped sanctions on Trump, pay fines until you hand evidence

THAT delaying process lasted until September 2023. When Letitia James received the last batch of missing evidence, she wrote filing to this judge, and said, we have no disagreement, the case is undisputed, Trump has run a fraud in the company. It needs to be dissolved

A few days literally, week or so, after her filing, Judge Engoron ruled, yes, case is clear, there is no dispute to the fact, this company is a fraud, the license to operate a business has to be revoked. And made his ruling now on Tuesday to dissolve Trump Org

Then WHY is the evidence undisputed? A witness. Trump HIMSELF pleaded the 5th (400 times). In a civil trial (at least in New York) that may be used as proof of guilt. And because there is no jury, this judge alone decides, and therefore, that was proof yes, was a fraud.

What is the corroborating evidence? Eric Trump pleaded the 5th. Don Jr confessed. Ivanka flipped. The Chief Accounting Officer Allen Weisselberg not just confessed to a decade of serial Grand Larceny but also flipped. And Michael Cohen flipped & testified too

So for FIVE YEARS Trump knew, he lost his business. He tried every way possible to delay the inevitable. He still lost it all. And now at least his personal lawyer testifies against him. His personal accountant testifies against him. And his daughter testifies against him... :-)

And MOST importantly

Why the hell is there no jury trial? All Trump needs is ONE juror to refuse and the trial is a waste of time, ruled a mistrial, and they try again. Would win Trump many months, maybe a year more
