Looking ahead at dismantling of Trump businesses.

I have some thoughts on aftermath of Judge Engoron's decision this week Tuesday to dissolve Trump businesses. That was worst day in Trump's life (but far worse days are coming in next months)

Judge Engoron in New York issued summary judgment against Trump, without trial, ending his businesses in New York. He revoked their business licenses and ordered the businesses to be sold to parties not affiliated with Trump. Trump lost essentially everything.

Remember first, this is a CIVIL trial. Nobody goes to prison. It is just money. Trump lost all of his businesses (in New York). But THIS decision is not about the $250 million dollar fraud Trump ran, the penalties about that fraud. That trial starts... next week (with same judge)

So while Trump lost his businesses on Tuesday, the trial next week will find that Trump has to pay $250 million for his fraud. AND then, on top of that, he will get penalties. Those typically are twice or even three times the value of the fraud - ON TOP

As I said, the penalties will be determined at trial & Trump will have to pay $250 million, plus penalties on top, which are determined - by this judge, Judge Engoron. A judge Trump & his moron attorneys have pestered for THREE YEARS. A Judge who is eager to teach Trumpo a lesson

At trial? you ask. Yes. At trial. So a jury could...

No. No jury! There is no jury. Trump's moron & alleged attorney Alina Habba-Dabba-Do forgot to ask for a jury trial. There is no jury trial. This case will be decided.. by Judge Engoron

Yes. THAT is what's called being fucked

Oopsie. That sucks. So what if Trump shuffles his money around to some off-shore account or sells it all to Beavis & Butthead Trump?

Nah, New York Attorney General Letitia James foresaw this gambit, and put an adult in charge - LAST YEAR. Trump can't save a penny out of this

Can Trump delay. Sure. He can appeal, and the appeals courts will rule (again, for the THIRD time) against Trump on THIS case. The last time Trump was faulted for FRIVOLOUS filing. There is no hope in any appeal

And he can't keep his money while the appeal happens

Trump businesses are being liquidated. His NAME is being removed in New York. One golf course already removed Trump's name. Three buildings on Manhattan are removing the Trump name THIS WEEK. It IS happening. But there's more...

While Trump appeals, the money from him selling his businesses will be supervised by Judge Barbara Jones (same judge who supervised Michael Cohen, and Giuliani office raid materials. She is by-the-book solid, respected by all sides)

And will there be a criminal indictment? Duh, of course there will be. Trump committed more than a decade of financial fraud - worth at least $250 million. Yes, he will be indicted and goes to prison. This criminal referral - to Manhattan DA and federal (FBI & IRS) was LAST YEAR

A fair guess on when this indictment drops is 3 years from the criminal referral (2022) so this criminal indictment is due around year 2025. Trump will be safely in prison by then on his 4 other criminal trials (Manhattan, Florida, DC and Georgia) serving 561 years

Remember the SAME witnesses who flipped & testify against Turmp in this trial - will be witnesses in Trump criminal trial too
