So, I studied the happiest man alive - Monk Matthieu Ricard.
What I found?
A monk’s guide to abundant happiness:
Monk Matthieu Ricard's work will change your life
• PhD in molecular genetics
• Has several influential books on Buddhism, mediation, and happiness
• Co-founded an organization that helps 200k people in the Himalayan
And, of course, he is the happiest man alive.
1/10. The French scoff at happiness.
"Don't impose on us the dirty work of happiness," they say.
But Ricard knows the truth: we all desire well-being, even if indirectly.
It's the drive beneath every hope, dream, and action.
